Don't send your loved ones here! They are outrageously expensive and will demand every penny. They will not work with you to overlook any fee, even one that can be adjusted. They are also not transparent. We were told my dad could attend their memory care. On his scheduled day, they never picked him up and never told us why. We had to call for answers. Find another place!!

I had to place my stepmom in memory care after she had two strokes and we are very pleased we picked MorningStar of Rio Rancho! She's been a resident for a little over a month, and the staff from the front desk to the caregivers has been incredible. I am regularly updated by Rusty and Team and mom seems comfortable and content. They have provided me with peace of mind knowing she is cared for and loved on every single day!
