If there was a way to not give any stars at all I wouldn't. Her attitude is as useless as she is and her service, if anyone else in her industry or any other service based industry behaved the way she does they would be let go on the spot.Nancy was the seller's agent, I was the buyer. My agent couldn't get a response back from Nancy or her useless staff when I made the offer to purchase my home. We gave a deadline of 24hrs. At the last minute my agent gets a message from Nancy asking for an extension. Any time a question arose during the process it was at least a 3 day wait for an answer. My lender was trying to get me an early closing date. Everything appeared to be in order but at the last minute we got word that it wasn't possible to close early. I was told I would get the keys to my home once the loan funded. Which was not a problem though once the loan had funded my agent called me to let me know that Nancy, without my permission or agreement, had given the person living in the home an additional day. This should have been discussed with me first and wasn't. When told she had neither permission or agreement from me, the, owner her response was "I don't know what to say" when told she had grossly overstepped her response was "oh well it's just a single day." My agent told her that we wanted rent for that night which she agreed to but never paid. I had to personally go to my new house to tell the person living there they had until 10 AM the following morning and no longer. Imagine my surprise when I was told he hadn't been told anything about a deadline. She is a nightmare to work with who thinks way too much of herself as an agent. She isn't worth your time or money and she certainly isn't worth the inevitable headache her incompetence and uselessness will cause you. Go with anyone else. Because anyone else will treat you better and do a better job for you.

My husband and I live in Phoenix, Arizona and own land in Los Lunas, New Mexico, which we are interested in selling. We got Nancy's name through a friend of ours who lives in Albuquerque. We called Nancy a few months ago to see if she would be interested in listing our 2.5 acres in Los Lunas. We left a message on her cell phone, and after not hearing from her for over a week, we called her again. She returned our call a few days later, apologizing for not getting back with us after our first call. We discussed the sale of our land and she said she would pull up the stats and comps on it and get back to us. Two months passed and she never called us back. So we called her again, and again left a message on both her cell phone and her office phone. A week passed, and she did not return our calls. We called her again, and again left a message. That last call we made to her was a week ago and, yep you guessed it; we still have not heard back from her. That will be our 6th and LAST call! It seems Ms. Montoya could not care less about listing your property. She is horrible at communicating, does not return phone calls, does not follow through on promises, and is not a responsible real estate agent. We have given her ample chances to gain our business, but she obviously does not want it. The least she could do would be to call us and tell us that she is not interested in listing our property. For a business person to just not return phone calls is just plain rude and inconsiderate, and does not bode well for the firm for which she works: Century 21 Champions, Inc..Nancy Montoya's mission statement on her website is pure rhetoric; she is clearly NOT "committed to providing you with the highest quality service". Don't waste you time caller her number; she will not return your call. Find an honest, caring, proactive realtor elsewhere, as Ms. Montoya is none of these!

The "Dream Team" of Nancy and company did EXACTLY what they promised. Helped us price it right, listed it, marketed it, managed multiple offers, and then did the work to get us to close. It was an older house with a couple of repairs needed prior to close, Nancy and company knew exactly who to call to get the issues fixed - fast and reasonably priced. They took care of everything. This is the second time we listed the house. The first agent didn't listen, didn't do the work, didn't keep us informed. 5 Months on the market and nothing, not a single offer - It was priced wrong, listed wrong, and not marketed. Basically the worst experience in Real Estate. We let a broker "Buy" a listing with an unrealistic "Oh I can sell if for $X." We interviewed several agents in the area. Nancy seemed fair, honest, reasonable, and cared about what we wanted and the experience. She didn't try to buy the listing or promise things she couldn't deliver.Nancy's experience in the market gave us confidence to set the right price. We had a few full price offers the first weekend it showed. Not too many, and more than one. From my view it was priced in the sweet spot. She didn't over promise on price and she didn't try to set it too low to make herself look good. Just a reasonable price for us and the buyer. I've had good agents and bad agents in the past. Nancy and company are hands down the best in the business in my opinion. The are all very easy to work with. Always on top of everything. Always kept us informed. You want a Rock Start team? You want Nancy!
