It was my first time at Montes since moving here from Utah. The Humidor was amazing with a lot of familiar brands but other cigar brands that were new to me. I was like a kid in a candy store. The service was impeccable and the club had all the amenities stacked. I WILL BE BACK FOR SURE!!!

As a woman pipe and cigar smoker, I found this lounge very friendly and relaxing. A great place to chill and have a nice smoke. An awesome selection with friendly knowledgeable staff. Several guys playing dominoes upstairs and a few enjoying the football game on the leather couch. I would definitely like to come back again!

Spacious lounge with some beautiful furnitures and comfortable sofas. The walk-in Humidor is huge with a lot of nice cigar selections. Enjoy the smoke here!!

Just came in from out of town to visit. Last time I came to this place a younger man said he was the owner and was very accommodating and great to the customer (me)! Now that I just walked in for the second and LAST time 31DEC2020 I encountered two old men, completely ignored the whole time I was there. When I checked out my cigar order one of the old men claimed he was "one" of the owners and doesn't give military discounts and the younger man shouldn't have given me one last time. What??? This liberal place can keep its business and be happy with its anti military view!!! BTW learn customer service!!!CSM Lucero / US Army

Great selection of sticks!! Excellent setting ESPECIALLY if you invest in at least $25 which allows you access to the private club. Lots of leather couches and chairs, dominoes games, TVs, rooms for working or for private conversations. The Proprietor is a really good guy and organizes some good events.

One of the best selections of cigars I have ever seen. Great environment to just spark one and hang out in.

Monte's is a gem in the Albuquerque wasteland. The best (by far) humidor and most diverse selection of cigars around. Full lines from Oliva, A. Fuente, and Perdomo are superstars in the offerings here. The staff is welcoming and helpful. The selection of gifts, and humidor supplies is unmatched. If you're looking for a great tobacco shop without any inklings of the seedy "smoke shop" crowd, this is the place. A touch of class in a world, where class is in short supply.

I went in to purchase a tobacco pipe for my husband, but had no idea what I was looking for or doing since this world is new to me. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and offered help. I let them know I was looking for a gift and they helped me find something my husband would enjoy! The customer service was top notch and they took the time to answer my questions!
