It doesn't even screw in, it's just sitting on the connector. I put this in the inspection and they still haven't come to fix it.
Disgusting, water damaged bathroom sink.
Window screen was like this when I moved in. It's just taped on but the tapes only sticking to half the window.
Filthy and rusted.

My boyfriend and I applied to this property even after reading the awful reviews thinking, "why not it's a cheap apartment complex, you get what you pay for". That being said, they upped our deposit after we were approved to $1000 (which is more than the rent in the apartment), and upped the rent by $50. Apparently they will accept you, but based on your credit they will accept with "conditions". This kinds pissed me off because I did hear about people being ripped off here, and thought, "oh God. If they're doing this right away, what will they do later?". Let me also mention this, we wanted the renovated apartment. The renovated apartment would not be available for three months but we were still encouraged to apply for an older model and then transfer into a newer model. HA! Well right when we got approved we called and spoke with then about the hidden charges now tacked on, and about a transfer. All of a sudden, over night, they no longer do transfers. So they falsely led us to believe something just to get us to apply. We don't even live here yet and haven't signed a lease, and with all of this going on, we won't be signing, that's for sure. They were very friendly, but extremely misleading. I hope we can get what money we have already put in back. ALSO they have many upgrades in the model that don't actually come in the upgraded apartment (that kitchen back splash, is not in the new apartments, I asked.

My fiancé made an appointment yesterday over the phone with Lucas, to tour and apply for a two bedroom apartment today at 1pm. We arrive and wait for their lunch break to be done and are invited in at 1.15 pm. Lucas doesn't know we made an appointment even though he's the only male in the establishment. He asked us to tell him what we were looking for and we let him know again, we were here for the appointment we made for the 2 bedroom apartment that he had spoken to my fiancé about the previous day. Lucas informs us that he had someone come in this morning and apply for it, and the unit is no longer available. It's completely unprofessional to set up an agreement with a potential renter and then blindside them after they drive from EDGEWOOD to come and view an apartment that you've already sold. I'm thoroughly disgusted and if this is any depiction of the care and quality of their property, it's piss poor quality like Lucas' customer service and attitude. You're running your own customers away, and management needs to take a look at their employees.

THEY ARE LIARS, UNPROFESSIONAL AND COULD CARE LESS ABOUT THEIR RESIDENTS. THERE ARE ROACHES AND THE UNITS ARE FILTHY. I DON'T EVEN KNOW IF I HAVE A MAILBOX SINCE NO ONE EVER RESPONDS. DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID BECAUSE NOW I'M SUCK HERE FOR A YEAR. Since it's COVID, I did everything virtually. I researched every apartment complex online and narrowed it down to this complex due to their location, price, amenities and availability. On their website, they had renovated units going for $841-$876 per month. I chose one for $841 and paid the $200 app fee. The next day, I got a call from their leasing agent, Lisa. I asked her if the unit I chose was on an upper level because I'd feel safer there. She said no, and the only other unit she knew of was on the 3rd floor for $876. I asked her if she could double check for any other units since I wanted to stay closer to the $841. She said she'd call me by end of day. She finally got back to me a few days later and said my paperwork was ready to sign online. I asked her if she changed my unit and she responded "oh yeah, I knew there was a reason I didn't process this sooner." She called me back and said she found a partially renovated unit that was much cheaper, on the 3rd floor. I asked her if I could see it since it's different than what they have online. She agreed and a few days later I went to see the unit. That unit was NOTHING like what they show in the only one bedroom video and photos online besides the wood flooring. There were dead roaches, deep scratches in the counter, the bathroom was FILTHY, the fence separating the units was broken off and the balcony door wouldn't open. I immediately went downstairs and told Lisa this was nothing like what I saw online and that I wanted to move back to the original, renovated unit I chose, and that I would pay the difference since I had already bought her the money order. She agreed to change it. I asked her if I could go see a renovated unit to get a feel on what my unit would look like and she said she only had the 2 bedroom model. I said that was fine and I went to see it. I emailed and said that model was what I thought I was getting and I reconfirmed I wanted to be moved back. I signed the new lease thinking I was in a renovated unit.On their Offer to Rent, all move ins are processed after 2pm. I rented a moving truck and showed up at 2pm. A man answered the door and said they don't process move ins until after 3 and that someone was supposed to walk me through the unit but they weren't there. I told him I had the moving truck and the paperwork says 2pm. Then Lisa came out and said they had to have someone clean the unit before I go in. I told her I didn't mind cleaning it myself but I only had the truck for a certain amount of time. She said pesticide was there so they had to have their person clean it. I said fine and asked her to show me where the unit was so that I could go over and wait. I waited an hour and NO ONE showed. I went back to the office and they immediately handed me the keys since it was now after 3pm.The unit was NOT a renovated unit. It was exactly like the first unit I saw besides it being on the 1st floor and there were no scratches on the kitchen counter. The entire place was FILTHY and there were LIVE and dead roaches everywhere. (Still, to this day, I kill at least 5 roaches A DAY.)I was on a time crunch so I moved everything in and emailed them asking what was going on. No response. I filled out the inspection noting everything that was wrong and still haven't been contacted.I've emailed & called numerous times with ONE call back. The guy asked me to tell him what the problem was since he couldn't figure it out even though I clearly stated in my emails what the problem was. He said I saw the unit and I signed the lease knowing what it was. I told him I NEVER saw this unit beforehand and explained I did everything online. He said Lisa made me aware that this was a classic unit which she DID NOT. If that were the case, I would've stayed with the first disgusting unit and saved myself $50 a month instead of paying $50 extra for the EXACT SAME UNIT ON A FLOOR THARS SUPPOSED TO BE CHEAPER. He told me their renovated units go for more and I told him that's NOT what their website said at the time I applied. I also told him that when I talked to Lisa about moving to a higher floor, she told me the higher floors have higher prices because of "the view". He said he would talk to the property manager and the regional manager to see what they can do but they don't transfer residents ever even though they're a bunch of liars and this was supposed to be a renovated unit to start with. I've asked to have the property manager or regional manager call me and that was 4 days ago. This place is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. It sucks to see companies like this who really couldn't care less about their customers.
