Montano's Restaurant

Good food, huge portions, friendly people. This has been a staple in Belen for years!

We have been going to Montano's for at least 10 years. I always have to stop when I'm going between Colorado and Arizona. The Carne adovatha is the best I've ever had in the world. Everything else is just as wonderful and I love their sopaipillas, fantastic!

A very intimate, family run place with tasty food, big portions, and great prices. You don't come here for "high brow" ambiance, but for what it is it's perfect!!! My meal was superior to hubby's but I'm sorry, I can't remember what we had.

Lately it seems like the food hasn't been tasing good, I bought a burger and fries. The patties was burnt the burger had no taste but burnt meat. I don't know if they got a different cook or what but it's not good. I won't be giving my business to them anymore.

My first time here and it is the best food I've had in a long time!!The owners are so nice, and genuine, all the staff is great and helpful, the food has so much flavor I loved my quesadilla de desebrada it was delicious and full of flavor! The plate sizes are very big and the prices are amazing! I totally recommend this place you won't regret it!

The Belen staple! The salsa was so flavorful and I could've just had that for my entire meal! The restaurant is very small, so plan your times accordingly! I ordered the stuffed sopa with carne adovada and the plate that came out was freaking massive! I only got thru about a quarter of my meal, but it was so yummy! The pricing is very reasonable and they do offer a "to go/drive thru window"

Absolutely LOVED the food. When we visited, they were short staffed but that did not impact the great service and attention we got from the staff. The ambiance is your humble small family owed restaurant and you feel right at home. Highly recommend and I will visit here every time I am in town.

The vibe was a lot like eating in someone's grandma's living room, but the food was incredible. The tostadas I got were piled high with delicious toppings and there's honey for sopapaillas at every table.

We used to like this restaurant until new owners took over. Now they can't get your order correct and do not give you your money back or make it right. Naieli, supposedly the manager, would not make this right. $27 down the drain for 2 Navajo tacos, that we couldn't eat because they didn't make it as requested. No cheese, how hard is that??? I do not recommend this restaurant.
