Stay away from this company. We have been customers for 25 years with 2 different homes. When we needed them they were no where to be found. Wanted to update a system, no call back for days, then when it finally arrived it was after business hours. Then had battery problems and absolutely no help from local and national numbers. Very disappointed. Leaving them for new company Alpha Alarms with Carl Baker........BTW amazingly after posting this on yelp we received a phone call. This company then went on to berate my husband for posting this on yelp. Again, stay away!

Service was slow and unresponsive to the point we had to quit. This resulted in a reminder that we signed a 3 year contract. I did not remember that, so if dealing with them be very careful.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! This company is atrocious; the customer service is deplorable. The people respond as if they're robots (only worse) with a horrible attitude. Our alarms blared in the middle of the night, so we replaced the batteries, and today they sounded again. We explained how this aggravates my wife's medical condition (anxiety and spinal issues), and Brittany (a supervisor with a shift of Mountain Daylight Time 8:30 National office--operator 480) hung up on us after mockingly saying, "Have a great night!" after my wife was in tears begging for some kind of help. It astounds us how a company can allow their standards to be so low where the customer service would insult the customers and have the nerve to cut them off even though they're expressing their distress. Do NOT go with this company if you value any sense of quality and respect. We strongly hope that the person we spoke with is dealt with as she deserves; we have never encountered such an incompetent customer service person in all our years and are awestruck at the situation. We are incapable to EAT or SLEEP because of the terrible alarms!All we can hope is that my wife doesn't go to the hospital because of this disgrace of a company; dissatisfied doesn't begin to describe this situation. If we could give it negative stars, we gladly would.

Wouldn't use them again. No one mans the office and beware if you ever have them do a service call. Read the fine print. You can find yourself in additional contract time.
