Mobile Screen and Glass

Absolutely wonderful business. Prompt, reliable and they honored a warranty for the larger window that they replaced, even though it was an issue with the heavy monsoons this summer. So grateful that businesses like this still exist.

At first, I was surprised by the positive reviews about this company, because when I stopped to talk to the young man who had been sitting in our parking lot for half an hour, he was unnecessarily rude, BUT it looks like these reviews are mostly written by landlords and realtors. If the people who write the checks don't care if the workers are rude to the tenants, that's a different problem.This is what happened:Their truck and some random items were in the middle of the exit lane for 5 cars for about 30 minutes. He had his eyes in his lap, so I assume he was reading his cell phone. I came out of my garage, riding my disability scooter, with my dog in tow, for our morning walk and noticed that the truck was still there. I knew I would need to get out of my parking spot and hoped he would not be there much longer.When we came BACK from the walk, the truck was still there, with the man inside, reading his lap. I approached him, with a big smile and a motion to roll down his window. I tried to talk to him, but he was impatient. He said he would move if someone needed to get out. I was OBVIOUSLY not going to be able to climb 2 flights of stairs to go find him and tell him when I needed him to move, so I opened my mouth to ask him if he would either give me his phone number or if he would prefer that I honk my horn and he could listen for the sound, but he just rolled the window up on me before I could get out the rest of my sentence!I motioned for him to roll down the window and tried again to ask him that question, but he said "I'm finished," and he rolled up the window again, wearing a look of utter disdain!So, of course, I realized he had no intentions of ever moving - especially for the disabled lady on the scooter.Obviously, I was going to have to change my schedule for the day. Thank God I did not have another doctor's appointment. Having to change my schedule was inconvenient, and it meant having breakfast at 3 pm instead of 11:45 - but I couldn't force someone who couldn't even bother to speak to me properly! I had to just pivot and change my plan for the day.When I was a young person, I was especially fond of older people, and I loved listening to them talk. I would not dream of being rude to my grandma or any of her friends! I always felt they had earned our respect, having seen so much of life. My male contemporaries were even MORE kind and sweet to the older ladies they encountered. I am having trouble understanding this trend I am seeing with this segment of today's younger people. Thank God they're not ALL like that! While I was not writing the check for this guy's work today, I have PLENTY of friends in this town who WILL be in the market for these type of services and they will NOT use this company.

Kevin E with Mobile Screen & Glass INC., is an incredible assest to this company. I was/am in a time crunch to get my house on the market due to new job out of state. He came and did the estimate and came out a week later to do the install/repairs. I couldn't have asked for better service and he is a true professional with an AMAZING personality, very personable. He expedited the service and the results were better than expected. I highly recommend this company and this employee is top notch!! AMERICA, let me ask you a question. Would you rather spend $4,635.00 on replacement windows or $291.00 on just fixing them and, watching them work again, seal properly?? I know...what a dumb question right? Well, "Mobile Screen and Glass" just saved me $4,344.00...no lie. And I didn't just take a cheap way out of a problem...they TOTALLY FIXED THE PROBLEM AFTER I WAS TOLD BY OEM IN TOWN THAT ID HAVE TO REPACE THOSE "SHOT WINDOWS"!! I'm really getting tired of being lied to by contractors!! Lol. There are some good ones out there but wow...sort of small difference of opinion eh?? Lol. Anyway - they totally did a great job! Bud was a true professional and worked and worked until he fixed the issue. I couldn't be more pleased...seriously. Thank you!!!

they came out did an estimate my rental company approved the estimate, mobile screen and glass dropped the ball even after they got the payment. I called and had the worst experience interaction with Denise. Shes rude over talks and I still don't have my job done. I would not recommend them.

I cannot say enough good things about this company who definitely stands by their work. Ken was very understanding of my situation and resolved out issue immediately. Carlos was very professional and installed my new mirror very carefully, cleaning immaculately prior to leaving our home. I have worked with this company with several products and can highly recommend them.

Good Quality but very Expensive. I had used this company previously with good results, so when I needed 11 small to medium screens re-screened (frames were fine) I went straight to them. They did a great job, but price was over $370! My wife and I thought that was quite high. (I should clarify that I took all the screens to their office, no visits to house by them were required.). So next time I need this done, I will price shop or do it myself.

Adding a review on Yelp is like pulling teeth, so f...ing sad.Mobile Screen and Glass is Great!I made 1 call and the technician (Victor) came out and measured the next day and came back and replaced it a couple of days later, great service!To bad yelp doesn't have competent people working for them.

Best quality, most honest company ever! I have used them for windows, shower door installation, and screen. Excellent work at reasonable prices.
