Misty is the best real estate agent we have ever encountered (and we've bought 3 homes). She helped me and my wife find a house that was perfect for our family. We are from out of town and she was able to fit us into her schedule at the last minute and send us a bunch of listings that fit our need. She has extensive knowledge of the Albuquerque area and the fact that she loves her city so much just makes her opinions and input that much more valuable. She is a wealth of knowledge and a joy to work with. She took us from house to house and a general tour of the area. We are very impressed with her great attitude and fun demeanor. I highly recommend her if you are looking for a home and a friendly and pleasant realtor.

Misty, did an outstanding job selling our home and helping us find our dream home in the community we dreamed of moving to! She sold our house in less than a week, at a time when the market was considered slow. She negotiated our asking price and kept us apprised of all communications with the buyer's agent. We were able to purchase our dream home contingent and again Misty's skills of negotiation were fantastic. We were able to sell our home and purchase our new house without any issues. I have bought and sold homes several times and this was perhaps the smoothest and least worrisome sell and purchase. Misty is a top-notch notch agent and I would recommend her help with buying and selling a home to anyone. She listens to your needs and is responsive and detail-oriented.
