I don't even want to give this a star...... My husband surprised me with a Groupon to get my car detailed I called the same day to schedule an appointment spoke with the owner we made my appointment for Monday so I brought my car in between 9 and 10 AM and walked, mile and a half home, I get a phone call from the owner saying that my appointment was for Tuesday not Monday!!! I don't think so!!! I had the call on speakerphone because my husband was listening due to all the add on's ! I started to wonder what exactly is included in the package deal because everything you would expect to get in the detail package was extra!The most upsetting part is the owner wouldn't even apologize or do anything to fix the problem just kept telling me my appointment was for Tuesday. Oh and it's very confusing to try to find the business because it's behind a tanning salon in an alley so maybe it's a blessing in disguise that I didn't let them touch my car...... I can't believe that there are good reviews on Groupon for this company I wish I could put one on Groupon

The company doesn't answer there phones took 5 times to get someone. They then redeemed my Groupon 2 weeks before my appointment. When I got there I waited 20 mins to get service then the guy that was there so rude and disrespectful to me and my sisters. He wouldn't tell us how long it would take for the car. Told us we didn't have an appointment when we did and told us there were 2 other people in front of us so he had no idea when our car would be done. It was so shady did not feel comfortable leaving my car there. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!!

1 Star is to many for this unprofessional place*After a struggle to get an appointment I took one of my vehicles for a platinum detail on February 9. First they told me to drop off between 9-10 am I was there after 9 and no was there. Has to make a second trip to leave my car. The owner charged extra to clean cup holders and never had a good friendly service. He said we will call you when the car it ready! We close at 6. It was 5:35 and no call, I decided to check and his response was we're still working on it but we close at 6 so I'm glad I called not sure if they were just going to keep it overnight. They were finally done at 6:30. He told me check your car before you leave!!! It was dark!! I couldn't see much other than my carpet being soaking wet and they hadn't cleaned the back seat cup holders! He got visibly frustrated when I said they did not cleaned that part so he went inside and send his employee to clean it. Much nicer guy, he did say your car needed a detail! We literally washed it... so I did notice water coming out from the dashboard detailing and all the compartments! So i ask for a rug and started to dry it out I ask him if that wasn't damaging to my stereo!!! And he said oh no! This is not the first car we had to wash! Turn it he radio on and off and if it works now it will work later!!!! Well I left after paying almost $50 dollars extra between taxes and extra charges they came up with. On the first stop i had to make a lot of water came out from the inside of my car and soaked my foot on the break, not the worst!!! That happened when my stereo started acting up and turning on and off by itself! They told me to leave the windows cracked open for the soaked carpet to dry also to keep the heater on! Well now my heater is not working and it's turning on and off every 3 sec. my car's whole electric system is not working my car would not lock, my inside lights are not working I was so upset!!!! Luckily this nightmare only lasted a couple of days I guess it just had to dry up!!! After 48 hours everything started working again I just hope no one has to go through this experience!!!!! My car looked Terrible after all the water kept coming out and left residues! They did not cleaned everything they said! Also I left a review and pictures on Facebook and he deleted the page! I

I recommend that you reconsider using this business.The following is information with my concerns.1. Purchased Groupon...seemed like a wonderful deal.2. The owner, RICHARD, made sure to tell me that he only receives 1/2 of the Groupon the other 1/2 goes to groupon. I tell you this because when I had my problems (see below) he threw that at me.3. Over a month ago, I tried to get an appointment to have my auto detailed...expired on January 4, 2018.4. NO ONE would answer the phone. Had to leave a message. Gave my email, phone # and left information about the fact that I do text.AGAIN, NO ONE answers the phone. RICHARD's voice is on the voicemail . He is the ONLY one that sets up the appointment.5. So, I started to set up an appointment over a month before my groupon was to expire. Left ALL INFORMATION on the phone and included I was going to Hawaii and my groupon expires a week after I return from my trip. (I also, explained, on the voicemail, that I was going to have surgery 4 days after the expiration of my Groupon's expiration date.There was NO RESPONSE WHATSOEVER! I tried several times and then left town.I received an email a few days after I was in Hawaii. I answered that email right away.SURPRISE, there was absolutely NO response.6. Going forward, I received a text with an excuse that they were very busy and "How can we help you?"7. I, again, gave all information and told (RICHARD on the email all information and that I was very upset and why. NO RESPONSE!8. Now remember, RICHARD, does the scheduling.9. So, when I returned from my vacation, I finally left the message that I was going to call GROUPON and get my $ back.10. I got a call from RICHARD right away. You could have knocked me over with a feather.11. RICHARD ACTED LIKE nothing has happened and wanted to setup an appointment for my detail. I explained to him that do to the fact that the the fore mentioned surgery was the next Monday, there are appointments with healthcare people prior to the surgery.12. RICHARD looked and looked and said the 4th of January, the expiration date, would work.My schedule required that my wife had to take the car in @ 0900.I needed to take my grandchildren's car seats and other goods out of the car the night before the 4th. (It is obvious that needs to done to be ready for the detail.)13. My wife had to cancel her Dr appointment in order to 'get the job done'!14. Just an important piece of information...The weather reports for a number of days included col col temperatures would continue and we will be expecting precipitation toward the end of the week and through the weekend...My appoint was setup FOR THURSDAY!15. I got the car ready as previously mentioned and my wife was 15 minutes early for the appointment.I received a phone call from RICHARD about 15 minutes after appointment time....I took the call in the Dr office because I was sure it was important.RICHARD SAID THE DETAIL HAD TO BE CANCELLED.I guess I could go on and on ( more than I have) but the bottom line is...16. After I promised to go to YELP and to GROUPON he, RICHARD, called me right back.17. The detail place is in the ally behind a tanning/nail salon so a bit difficult to find at first. Edward and his team did a great job detailing my Acura MDX. It looks brand new for a 10 year old car. He even made sure to wipe it down after a rain storm passed through and before he delivered it to me. Thank you!

Don't waste your money on the Groupon. They dont show up on time, they don't do what they advetise or what they say they are going to do, and they tack on a bunch of fees. They will probably go out of business for overcharging gross reciepts tax, to boot.

I purchased the most expensive package with Groupon so everything would be cleaned. I made my appointment for first thing in the morning. I got there on time an could not find the business. Called and called with no answer. When someone FINALLY answered I was told to go to the tanning salon and leave my keys. (Apparently, they do the detailing in a back alley.) Mind you, I had to get a ride there and back and live all the way on the other side of town. I waited all day for the call to tell me my car was ready. I never received a call. So, I call about 1/2 hour before it closed and was told it would be ready soon and they would call me back. I NEVER received a call. I needed to get a ride there, so I needed to know a time to let my ride know. I never received the call so I just went over. I went in the tanning salon and was given my keys. Then, they taxed me on the amount they would have charged me NOT on what I actually paid. WHAT??? Well, not only was my car NOT cleaned very well, but I got my car back damaged!! The center counsel had tears in it. I have NO idea how they managed to do this, but they did. When I called the owner (first thing in the morning, since they were now closed) and told him of the damage, his response was he didn't do it and there is no way they did it. Well, if my car was NOT damaged when it took it in, but damaged when I picked it up there is only one possibility! The owner accepted absolutely ZERO accountability for damaging my car and basically called me a liar and told me too bad. Also, how can auto detail take 8 hours??? I would NEVER recommend this business to ANYONE, EVER!!

If I could give no stars, I would. Wish I had seen the horrible reviews/pictures before I bought Silver Package off Groupon 2 months ago. 1st appt rescheduled. 2nd appt scheduled for 9am. When husband called to find out why no one was there yet when he took car, he was told to leave keys in drop box. "Maybe" be there 9:30 or 10am. Car was NOT shampooed and interior was NOT wiped down. Car was NOT deoderized either. Water fee charged is a fraud because water would have to be ACTUALLY used to wipe down and shampoo interior. Male answered business line "Whose this?" like a thug. Unprofessional, shady a rip-off!!!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!! Also filed complaint with BBB. Pictures posted after the supposed detail. Oh, and they also redeemed my Groupon a month before car was even taken in. BEWARE!!

Imagine finally getting a phone call through to this jerk. Refuses to return voice mail messages. Trying desperately to make an appointment to use my Groupon. When finally getting this idiot ( I had to call him yet AGAIN) he answers with "What the f***do you want?". These reviews speak for themselves. Others have same issues with this unprofessional jerk and I am working with Groupon to get my money back. I REFUSE to entrust my car to this organization that should be put out of business.
