Mini Maid

I'm so impressed by Mini Maids. I was recently diagnosed with Breast Cancer and am undergoing chemotherapy for 18 weeks. A friend told me about Cleaning for a Reason which is a nonprofit where kind people donate cleaning sessions to people in cancer treatment. I registered for cleaning session and was called by Mini Maid to set up a session within 24 hours!! I was so pleasantly shocked! Today I had one of my two sessions and I can say that my house looks and smells terrific. There were three, sweet, hard working ladies that cleaned my bathrooms, vacuumed, and washed my floors in a one hour session. I can't thank Mini Maid enough for working with Cleaning for a Reason and helping me through this battle. I can't wait to be able to donate a house cleaning to someone else in need when my fight is over, and I'm so glad the choice will be Mini Maid! Cheers!

If you're in the mood for good cleaning and appreciate teamwork Mini Maids is an excellent resource for private home cleaning and for us commercial cleaning for our apartment complexes.Usually three teammates from the company arrive to complete the project you request.They bring all their equipment cleaning supplies and will specifically address issues that you need to have clean.One thing to keep in mind is that they do not move furniture or appliances.They always show up on time for their appointments and you are asked to review their work before they leave.We have been working with Mini Maids for more than 10 years. With that said, you can be assured that the quality of their craftsmanship and the rate that they charge is an excellent resource for cleaning, be it corporate or private.

Last Friday we had Mini Maids come clean because frankly I was too lazy do it myself. There were 3 of them and they worked hard and were very professional. They cleaned all our ceiling fans and even the window seals where dirt gets in. The only thing is that it wasn't cheap but worth it to us.

I have been using them for many years, they always done a good job for my house, I trust them and gave my key to them, their employess are all professional and friendly eapecially the team with the tall lady(sorry I forgot their team number), they make my life much easier and I recommend them.

Called to get more information and Heather answered the phone. After asking a few questions I couldn't believe how rude she was. She had poor telephone skills and was very unprofessional. Heather didn't want to be bothered with my questions and didn't take her time explaining what the company offers. She is the first impression of the company when people call and because she was so unhelpful over the phone I will find another place.

My wife and I have used this service for about four years. They have been very reliable. They come once a month to clean our house. Typically a team of three or four ladies comes out. There have been a few changes in team membership, but the forewoman has been the same for quite some time. All the ladies speak Spanish as their primary (and sometimes only) language. The forewoman speaks barely enough English that we can communicate about the cleaning job. They work very hard for an hour each visit, and overall do a good job. Even so, they only do a surface cleaning: They don't do windows, or walls, or baseboards, or clean grout lines in the bathroom tiles, or remove hard water mineral buildup from sinks and tubs. Sometimes there are a few things we want touched up, but it's always something minor. The house is always so much nicer after they leave, and it saves my wife and me a lot of effort, and the price seems very reasonable.
