This is the second time we've had an issue with water coming into our house after millennium "spay foamed" our roof eight years ago. When we called to report the first issue we were told it was an issue with the second story and water (40+gallons) was coming in two 4X8 vents. After getting two other options from different roofers we are being told that the foam isn't water proof. Obviously correct because it's still wet and it hasn't rained in 2 days. The coating that is supposed to waterproof the foam is only on the edges of the foam.Seems that's the cause of the problem. No star rating btw

A New Millennium Spray Foam Roofing sprayed my brand new car with roofing spray in the late summer of 2017. I called them to discuss and was told by R. of the company that the spray was part 1 of the coating and would fall off by itself shortly. I waited a year with no improvement and called R. again. R. said that my car must have been sprayed with part 1 and part 2 of the coating and that part two is very difficult to remove and will fall off like part 1 is supposed to do, rather, it is there to stay. I got a couple of estimates for a repair attempt that were $860 and $863, respectively. I asked R. for payment. He said he would drive to look at my car. He did not come to look at my car or did not contact me back if he did, so after a few weeks of silence, I asked again for payment so I can take care of my car at a reputable shop. I understood R. to say his (roofing) crew knows how to remove the chemicals. He did not tell me this in 2017 when the chemical was fresh. I told him that his misstatements to me, bad advice, failure to inspect my car, and no follow-up prevented me from entrusting my new car to his custody and chemical removal. R. said it was a take it or leave it offer.I researched overspray online and found the industry's best practices to prevent overspray including (1) warning signs around the spray area, (2) barricading the area while spray is active, (3) car covers for cars that cannot be moved, (4) notice to residents of the building being sprayed, (5) avoiding high winds, and (6) use of spray screens around the spray gun. https://westroofingsystems.com/spray-polyurethane-foam-overspray-prevention-and-cleanup/. A New Millennium Spray Foam Roofing did not use any of the best practices that I could see. I believe other vehicles at the complex were also sprayed and the company did not give notice of how to deal with the spray or identify itself to the residents. My complex has many buildings over a wide area and a very long hose, so I did not know they were working on my building nor did I know the hazard of the spray. A New Millennium ignored the needed best practices likely to increase their profit at mine and other peoples' expense. My view is the company caused a mass damage event and is not taking care of the expense.I called, mailed, and texted with the R. about this matter and told him what I wrote here. I did not want to write a negative review online but R.'s insistence that I let his roofers remove these chemicals from my new car paint is a bridge too far. I have been trying to work with R. for about 16 months so I want you to know that I tried to be reasonable.

I would be very wary of signing on with this company. I bought the 20 year warranty. When I tried to use it I was given a story about it no longer being valid. R. interpreted something in the contract to make it look like my fault. I noticed in the other reviews they are very reluctant to accept any responsibility for errors. They are extremely hard to get a hold of as well. Its understandable that all four reviews are one star.

I inherited the roof warranty from a previous owner and for the past 5 years we have had leaks around parapets and skylights. Just recently we contacted the owner of New Millinneum about water damage inside the home due to a bad leak and he was elusive and put us off in fixing the roof. I have hired a General Contractor to fix the inside of the ceiling WHEN the roof is fixed but that may take a while. His 20 year warranty does not cover interior damage. I had asked him about 2 years ago why they had not sprayed the parapets along with the flat roof and he said it was not part of that contract. I think the previous owner said he paid around 10K for the spray foam and that seemed like a lot of money not to have sprayed the parapets as well.I would not recommend this company for a new roof or for any work. Our roof is only 8 years old and we have had a lot of issues with leaks. HK

Absolutely terrible. Couldn't be more displeased with the quality of work or the complete lack of customer service. Owner was nothing but argumentative. I wouldn't let them work on my roof for free.

They did a spray foam application to my roof with gravel over it, turns out it was the wrong size gravel as well, when they showed up to apply the foam roof at that time they informed me that for an extra $2,500 they can spray my parapet wall which financially I wasn't prepared for nor was it in the estimate. Now it's leaking and coming inside, and destroying my ceilings. I have contacted them on two separate occasions and received no satisfaction. I decided to go with another roofer, who told me that the application was incorrect and that the parapet wall should have been done at the same time and included in the estimate and for the price I paid it should have covered the parapet, so I have to say I will never use them again.
