The day I contacted them they came out and poured a 4" pad on top of existing concrete. This was exactly what I requested and what they did. I feel like we were lucky that they fit us in so quickly. Great work, super friendly. We needed it done as quickly as possible so we didn't get other bids so I have nothing to compare the cost to. We are very pleased with their work and plan to call on them again. Thanks to John and Lupe!

I contacted this company and spoke with the owner, John. I have a stained concrete floor full of scratches and wanted to see if they could be buffed out or what other procedure would make them look good again. He told me it would cost $1.50 a square foot to have the floor stripped and resealed and/or waxed without even going to see the floor to see if they could be simply buffed out.He said that if I wasn't willing to 'commit to spending AT LEAST 1200 dollars' he wouldn't take the time to actually see the floor and the scratches!! What kind of a--hole conducts business that way??I'm going to try to post the actual text messages that went back and forth between us. You should be able to figure out which are his comments and which are mine.My husband is a general contractor and I have dealt with many different kinds of contractors in my life and have never come across anyone like this guy!!! Don't pick him simply because he is not a nice person and why would you want to give your money to someone like this idiot?!? Here are the text messages between us a couple of hours ago...Me: When will you be calling to set up a time to see the floor?John: I called your are you willing to spend at least $1200 on your project as preliminarily quoted? If so then I'll call, however I did not get the impression that you'd be willing to invest that into your floors.I try to be as straight forward as possible and unfortunately can not go and inspect every project, but instead set a realistic expectation of cost for potential clientsMe: But you don't even know if the scratches can be buffed out or not. It could be a simple fix. At least 1200 dollars?? I've never heard of anyone conducting business your way.John: Well then may I suggest finding someone elseGoodluckWhat a piece! (There wasn't an option to give him ZERO stars or MINUS STARS!!

We are very happy with the concrete countertops just installed 2018-2019. If you are looking for quality craftsmen who have built counter tops in some of the high-end hotels, craft breweries and residential locations in the state, consider these guys. The project was so professional that we asked if they could put their logo ( a stainless steel turtle) on the countertop. They completed the project on time and educated us on how to maintain the concrete. I will use these guys again and everyone who I have recommended them to agree these are true craftsmen. Give them a try.

The first time they came out they put the Wrong Color on my floor. The second time they came they were supposed to take the old color off and redo it with the correct color. I can still see the Wrong color in certain spots. There is a human hair imbedded in the floor that is not mine (gross). The owner was always out of town or dealing with a family emergency. I would give them a 0 star rating if I could

I had a large bedroom floor cement stained about 1.5 years ago. Ended up looking pretty good.Took up more tile and carpet and wanted them to come back and extend the cement staining and re polish the existing part.He kept asking me for dates to come by after he asked the size of the area.So i gave him dates. Every range I gave him he happened to "have a job". So a gave him more... "busy those dates too". When i aske HIM to give me dates, i never heard back.It is much more appreciated by clients if you just say: " your small job isn't worth my time", than wasting mine.Bummer way to ruin a reputation.

Worst contracting experience I've ever had. When something goes wrong -which it did - the customer is blamed for being "difficult to please" instead of owning the mistake and making it right. They advised that instead of using the overlay for the floor which was in the bid that the cement slab would work. So they stained the slab and put sealer on it. The floor ended up looking like something you might see in a truck stop rest room and I told them it wasn't acceptable. That's when things really went south. They couldn't manage the project properly and in the bathroom remodel they were contracted to do for me they didn't make sure all materials were on hand before the demolition started. Then they abdicated their role as the general contractor for coordination of the other contractors on the project. Everything got held up and delayed and then Milagro bailed completely on the project leaving me with a shower enclosure only partly done, no floors and a mess to try to pull together. Uncooperative and moody as soon as a problem is encountered. I would never recommend this contractor to anyone !
