I highly recommend Mila, especially for out of state buyers. My wife and I were shopping for a home in ABQ, from out of state, and only had a short window of time in town, to tour homes...about a day and a half. She was very accommodating of our schedule and was able to get us in to see 8-9 homes in that limited time window. We found one we really loved, and she helped us through every step in the process...including a somewhat tense negotiation, involving some issues that came up during the inspection. Mila listened to our needs/wants/concerns and was the ideal advocate for us throughout the process. We never felt like she was steering us one way or another, even when we thought we may need to walk away from the negotiation. Her advocacy gave us confidence that we were making the best deal possible, during challenging market conditions.

Disappointed by lack of service. Being a first time buyer I was unaware that it wasn't normal for your realtor to not help find you houses. All houses i saw, I had to find online with websites like Zillow. Needed recommendations about neighborhoods, since I didn't know the area super well... wasn't much help there either. Communication also lacked. I wouldn't get timely responses, or passed along information that was time sensitive to a pending sale. Not sure if she was too busy and just didn't want the business, or just didn't care. Pretty terrible experience. Realized how bad the whole thing was when I got a new realtor and they found me the perfect house in 2 days.
