Mikuna Grill

In town for Christmas with the family and this jewel was probably the best spot in Angel Fire. Some people would be skeptical about Peruvian food around here, but make no mistake, the food is fantastic!! We had various versions of pastas, empanadas, yuca, wings, shrimp scampi, etc. We were all very satisfied and happy we came to eat here. This place is a must!! We're planning on going back tonight!!

My wife and I are on our honeymoon. We decided to stop here after a day of snowboarding. The service was great and pretty fast for a light crowd. She got a Marg, which didn't have much alcohol, but that's hit and miss depending on the day. We got some calamari which was okay, but we both ordered the Creamy Shrimp Scampi (spicy) and it had amazing flavor!!! I asked her if we could come back here tomorrow and order the same thing lol. Great atmosphere with classical music playing, so it gave it that fancy feel. I'm sure the other food is good too. I would recommend if you're in the area.

We got 4 different dishes and they were all great! Was way surprised by quality of food. We legit had a 5 min argument if the scampi pasta was better than the pesto. Highly recommend!

Started with the yucca fries and I had the aji de gallina and wig had tallarines verdes con ribeye. Food was excellent and staff were great. Definitely would recommended.

This was a pretty good meal. Surprising based on the location. We had calamari for the app and it was probably some of the best calamari that I've ever had. It was tender and the amount of breading was perfect and it didn't taste greasy at all.We had the chicken (can't recall the name) and opted for it grilled. I didn't like the flavor of one of the herbs on it. My husband did though. I also thought the accompanying potatoes were just okay.I would return here again, if in the area. The service was a little slow but they were pretty busy.

First of, a 4-star anywhere in Angel Fire is generous. Mikuna grill has great Peruvian Asian fusion food. Me and my son had the Arroz con Mariscos and we both loved it. Amazing flavor and good size portion. My four star is because they didn't have bread to serve. Service was good. The place could use a remake, but ok for the location.

Best food in Angel Fire (so far). It is hard to find decent food in this wonderful little mountain town we call (2nd) home. The food was delicious and filling. Wine selection was decent. It was over priced, but what isn't in a ski town. We are adventuring to try out (and review) every place in town. So far this place has the best food. The service was fantastic. Server was so attentive and full of recommendations. I would say it's kid friendly, we brought both of ours (8yo & 4yo). Our 4yo is quite loud, and the restaurant is fairly quiet, so we were nervous. But it was totally fine. Make a reservation!!!!!

Needs better signage, but food and atmosphere was awesome. We tried several dishes and it all was fantastic.

The only place in Angel Fire area who honors reservations/times- we got seated early and were waited on promptly.Food was phenomenal and piping hot/fresh!We had a small snafu with them bringing the wrong dinner to one of our guests, he didn't mind and just started eating anyway. Manager came over, apologized, and then still brought his correct dish letting him have 2 dishes and only charging for the one. They also comped my boyfriend's steak as "the cut isn't up to our normal standards in terms of size so we aren't charging for it." We'd told them numerous times that it was ok, and to not worry about anything! The food was good so we really didn't mind any of the mixups.Service was great, the entertainment was awesome, and the food was delicious and good sized portions! We will absolutely be back to this restaurant when we come back to Angel Fire.

I personally loved this restaurant and I will state why in chronological order. When we got there even though they were full they gave my family a table because there was only one chair, after we ordered we got the food quickly considering it was full, the food was not only quick but it was AMAZING way better than I expected, then we got entertainment which we didn't even know was coming. This simply was a great restaurant and I can see why it had great ratings. By far the best restaurant in Angel Fire.
