Mike's Roofing

I am extremely pleased with the roof work that Mike and his crew did for my home. This company is reliable, always on time, and Mike is a man of his word. In this day and age, the work ethic they displayed is a rarity. It is apparent that the crew and Mike are dedicated to doing excellent, high quality work. The crew is very kind, caring, polite and willing to explain all the steps involved, while doing the work. I plan to use this company again, as I have other homes that need roofs, and I will be recommending them to my friends.

Mike's Roofing responds quickly with free estimates and quick scheduling. The new roof they put on looks great. The price was extremely competitive. We had a rain storm half-way through the installation and there was a small leak through no fault of theirs - the roof had been papered and tarped, but a flashing that wasn't properly sealed from the original roof ended up leaking. Mike's crew came out and fixed the small amount of damage with no questions and the repair is so perfect you cannot even tell it was ever there.Highly recommend Mike's Roofing.

I can definitely say Mike and his crew went above and beyond! I had gotten about 6 estimates from different companies ranging from $70k-$93k and was at my wits end. Our roof is approx. 7200 sq ft with a lot of parapets and different levels, no body wanted to do TPO, they all said it would be too difficult. So all of the estimates that I had gotten were for torch down which isn't as good and is not what I wanted but when Mike came out he said it would not be a problem and that TPO is the best. We weren't sure about how much decking would have to be replaced so we agreed that we would settle that after the roof was finished. He also replaced all of the Canales, 13 in total. There was a total of 70 sheets of decking that was replaced. Also one spot on the roof was so rotted that one of the guys foot went through and broke through the wood ceiling inside of my house but Mike went and found the same exact wood, stained it and fixed the ceiling with no problem. I was/am so impressed with his attention to detail and dedication to getting his company going and his knowledge about Roofing is very extensive and impressive! He is a perfectionist about doing a good job and satisfying his customers! His prices cannot be beat, for everything that he did he was on the average of $30k + less than all of the other quotes that I received. Feel very blessed that I found Mike's Roofing! Thank you Mike!
