Outstanding customer service. From calling for an estimate, to scheduling an estimate, then scheduling the job, and finally completing the job, the customer service was outstanding. The quality of the job was excellent. The service provided was definitely a value since they beat the price of another company. I plan on using Mike' Quality Painting for all my future painting jobs.

I requested a quote for drywall repair. This place sent me a list of available times for the quote. I selected one of their available time slots. I changed my schedule to accomodate their allotted times. They did not show up. They said the time slots listed were for them to call me to schedule an appointment? Ridiculous!! All the others companies Yelp sent requests to were timely and reliable. This was the only company who was flaky.

These guys are great. All from the estimator to the painters, they were great.I hired them to paint the interior of my new loft.With Covid and all that comes with that, there was a four-month wait. These guys are super busy. It turns out that waiting that long was worth it because I could really hone in on what colors I really wanted. They did everything they said they would do. They called the week before the job was going to take place. The painters were prompt. They arrived exactly on time each day. They were kind and really helpful in talking through the difficult areas, like should the trim around the closet be the same sheen as the doors and the wall it's on. They did an excellent job. They estimated that the job would take five days but it was closer to three and a half days.Once the job was done the price dropped by about $600. Props to Bert (estimator), Michelle (she wears many hats), Oscar (the lead painter overseeing the project), Juan (painter), and his small gang of painters Michael and Carlos. What a great team!I really enjoyed working with all of you especially Juan and Michael since we saw each other every day last week!

I called to request a quote with back and forth phone calls i emailed them and asked them to estimate me through a appointment online They give me a appointment schedule and then said unable to schedule. I guess they dont want the business. Very poor service to a new customer I wouldnt recommend this company to someone who I know.

Very expensive. The estimator gave me a price of $4235 to redo the exterior wood on my house. I had no reference on the amount of effort involved and trusted the high reviews of Mike's on Google.I was present the entire time and observed they did the work in less than 24 man hours of labor. Thus $175 per labor hour, an outrageous amount for painters. In fact 4 of those hours were performed by a trainee.I requested an adjustment to the price based on the poor estimate they gave me. Their response was "our price is our price?As a minimum, get multiple estimates.

This firm did an excellent job from initial estimate to the scheduling and painting of our home. On the last day i saw an area that needed to be redone and they graciously came back and remediated that area. The team was friendly and got along well with our dogs. I recommend this company and will call them again for other painting needs.

I got exterior painting at an exhoribitant price. If I had it to do over I would have got it done by the immigrant labor who do a better job for less than half the price. These guys balked at my request to have the garage door painted out to the edges under the weather seal. Neighbors who got the job from the immigrants say they didn't even have to ask for that.

Had Mikes Quality painting paint one of our rentals that was in need of freshening up. They were very commutive thought the whole process from Estimate to Completion. Will definitely use them again when the need arises.

We had Juan and Humberto from Mike's Quality Painting in today to paint our dark and unappealing spec home. They did a fantastic job! They paid attention to our needs, did quality work and made sure we were satisfied with the finished product. Both were friendly, professional and always on time each day. I won't hesitate to call Mike's again.

Had a leak in the bathroom which caused water damage to the drywall. Called a plumber to fix the leak (Affordable Service). However, they don't do drywall repair. I searched for drywall repair service and found Mike's Quality Painting which they repair drywall. After the initial meting with Colton, we agree to the repair. Mike's Quality Painting has specialized groups (painting, stucco, drywall, etc.) Each performed their area of expertise until the project is completed. The last to complete was the painting (Connor) and he did a great job. The front office (Grace) kept me updated on the schedule of the project. Any painting job in the future will be with Mike's Quality Painting.K. Yee 04/14/2023
