Mesa Ridge

I lived here a few years back and was supposed to get part of my deposit back. The office mailed the check to the wrong place and it was returned. They left me a voicemail about the check being sent back and when I called back they have been unresponsive in getting me my deposit back. The management team is lazy and unresponsive.

Don't expect anything from this place except a headache. Their office hours are 8-5 except they don't follow it. Employees will take 3 hour lunches. Good luck getting some one to answer the phone. Their employees average around 2-3 months before quitting/getting fired. They will lie to you. You'd think they'd be understanding considering it's a global pandemic and a lot of people lost their jobs but no, they will still try to evict you. If you're thinking of moving here, don't.

Don't move here. We waited and waited for a place to open up and they took a while longer than they told us. The neighbors next to us told us they were moving out because they found mice in their apartment. When we realized we also had mice! None of the items were cleaned when we moved in. The carpet was filthy. The toilet was broken, the water heater as well. The dish washer fell out of place the cabinets had food stuck on them. There has been 2 deaths and 3 murders since we moved here. A lot of junkies and heroin users. Needles are all over the place. Junkies hang out by the laundry area and drift to the land of nod. Really sad place. A lot of retirees live here and I feel bad since they probably can't afford to leave.

Mesa Ridge has been my home for many years now and am very happy living here. The entire management team is outstanding. They try and succeed in doing everything possible thing to make your stay here as comfortable as possible. Nicole, Manager, is by far the most efficient and professional person for this job I have ever known. Give Mesa Ridge an opportunity to make the most of your apartment living. I for one am very satisfied with living here. Give them a chance.

Would zero star if I could these apartments are absolutely terrible I wouldn't recommend these apartments to anyone . These are my first apartments and they are nothing but a head ache and poor management .

This is the absolute worst place to live. Yes they make the outside look nice, but inside the apartments what a nightmare. Large burner on the stove takes 45 minutes to boil water & if I wanted dinner I would have had to start the night before & if I was lucky it would be ready by 6pm. The so called grounds people would use their blowers & blow all the leaves & dirt into the patio of the first floor tenants & management would send you a threatening letter to clean it up or get evicted. They offer nothing to tenants that have lived there for several years. IMO if some one has lived there for 10+ years offer them some type of discount. I lived in the Albuquerque area for 33 years 10 months & Mesa Ridge was the worst place ever. I even lived in a complex that was called the roach motels & it was better than Mesa Ridge.

If i could give this place a 0 i would. this is my first apartment that i have rented i'm only 19 years old i work hard for my money and i'm here on my own. i got a discount for low income only 25$ but that's still good for me. anyways so keep that in mind, i was trying to pay my rent log on into the system and when i needed help they were just staring at me standing and waiting to push me out the door so i just said screw it i'll leave, went to pay the rent online i guess somehow they could not recognize the account and didn't go through i put on the online i did not know this because again nobody helps you in the office. now i am being charged an extra 100$ on my rent that i already have a discount on they know i can't afford this. i went down there explaining everything that happend the old lady cut me off didn't let me finish and sat there telling me there's nothing she can do for me. gave me another managers number that will not answer any of my calls. these people want your money the apartments are okay if u want to settle for less i should've looked around more. do not come here u will want to move out everyday u wake up.
