Loving my 2017 BMW!
I would have loved to buy one of these for my kids when they were little!

The last few days of driving through Southern California to the Southwest, the Sprinter van has been telling me that she needs Service B in 1900 miles, 1800 miles, 1700 miles, 1600 miles, 1500 miles, 1400 miles, etc. Looking at the map from Arizona, I can see that I'm not going to get to my home dealer before the clock turns to zero and my Sprinter van turns into a giant pumpkin.I checked my route and called Mercedes-Benz of Albuquerque to see if they could fit me in soon. And yes, they could get me in on Tuesday. Instead of heading east after my White Sands Missile Range visit, I hung out here in Albuquerque https://www.yelp.com/user_details_reviews_self?userid=hWDybu_KvYLSdEFzGrniTw&location_filter_city=Albuquerque&location_filter_state=NM.I spent most of Tuesday sitting in their waiting area (not as comfortable as some but there's power and wifi and coffee and a place to sit). And when it was done, my service advisor gave me the full price. And it was $400 less than he quoted because he did not realize that my Sprinter is gasoline rather than diesel. Diesel costs more.Dings... The waiting area could be more comfortable. The service advisor showed me a list of $4000 worth of work that "needs doing to keep your warranty going" but never actually gave me the list despite two emails. (It turns out that most of it is future work and I will get the brakes done in Charlotte.)Countdown reset, the Sprinter van is happy and I'm on my way.[Review 21095 overall - 141 in New Mexico - 58 of 2024.]

We took our Mercedes for a single error code covered under extended warranty. After repair, there are now an additional three other codes that the service wanted to check and repair. An immediate impression of repair shope misconduct either by accident, not being good at it or by negligent intent comes to mind. a customer would never know what they did to their car after any work done on them.

Took my car in for routine service just over a month ago. Four days later it was dead in office parking lot. Long jump start, took it back to the dealership. The service department looked it over (days without contact) & couldn't find anything wrong. Took it home. Less than a week later, dead in my garage. No amount of charging could resurrect it so we had to have it towed back to the dealership. Again, days go by before contact suggesting we are causing these drains by not driving it enough (it's our daily driver) or leaving the key in the car, but could find nothing wrong & replaced the battery under warranty at least. I was running errands driving on I-40 when the engine quit WHILE I was driving! I was able to pull off out of traffic & get another tow back to the shop. It's been there for two days with no contact & I needed to get things out of it (medical among them) I called & was told they are open on Saturday, but did not hear back from the service person. So I got a ride over. Turns out my vehicle is in another location & they can't access it on the weekend, "sorry for the inconvenience". I have missed work, doctors appointments & now can't get things I couldn't carry on me at the time on the roadside. I would think a vehicle coming back that many times would be made a priority if in no other way at least in terms of communication with the owners.

I bought a new 2023 S580 from this dealership. It was shipped to me to where I live, in San Diego, CA. the vehicle had a small damage under the front right bumper. The salesperson promised that Mercedes Benz of Albuquerque will pay for the repairs. All I need to do is get an estimate from a body shop. I send them an estimate from a reputable repair shop, and they have been ignoring me, ever since! it has been over 2 months! Beware Mercedes Benz of Albuquerque!!!for more details, you may call me at 619-647-0822.

Do not come here for Sprinter service. Sure, when they are selling you anything here, it's all rainbows, but the real reviews come from people who go here for service. I should've known better and just bit the bullet and went to Flagstaff (much better! more van lifers there anyway). I had ignition issues like some experience with a Sprinter. I was under warranty at 33k (of 36k miles). I told them it was the Engine Ignition System, they decided to replace just the battery, starter/relay instead of the EIS. They assured me that was it, they had seen this issue before in other vans. Okay, skeptical but okay. I went on a long road trip only to experience the same issues. Came back after a month to get it replaced, and then obviously now over the warranty limit for this. They tell me it's the EIS and needs to be replaced... not covered anymore. Like WTF, I told them to change it and they didn't.I also had a wiper issue that wasn't spraying. I had the tech have the audacity after owning the vehicle for two years to tell me to "press the button." This is the last time I even think about coming back here. NEVER AGAIN.

The owners son Zach Bohlman is disgustingly disrespectful. Twice my family has gone to buy a car there. Every single time Zach comes out at the end of the process to try squeezing more out of a deal that was already on its way to signing and proceeds to demean, disrespect and suggest buying elsewhere when negotiations ensue. Everything a good sales person should do, Zach does the opposite. My family is fortunate enough to have the means to buy luxury cars but no car is worth the egotistical attitude that this man has. We went to Santa Fe Mercedes to purchase and unfortunately the amazing sales rep, before Zach came into the picture, had to lose out on a sale. I will go far and wide to actively ensure none of my friends or family go to this dealership.

They are very tacky ... the service department advises the sales people before you arrive for service. Then an unknown salesman contacts you to sell you another car. I was gobsmacked by the lack of etiquette or courtesy. Totally unprofessional.
