I was told by the pharmacist, a very nice man, to make sure and keep my medication cold. Heat would destroy the compound. I drove all the way from downtown to pick up this medication so I had a long trip back, and was worried about the meds.They saw my address and said I could get it shipped instead, free of charge, and they would include an ice pack even! I was so happy with their service. A little down the road, I received a package of the medicine without an ice pack, very hot. I called the pharmacy to remind them to please put an ice pack in as they know it is ruined by heat. Next month, same story. I called again, to ask them please to make note of the ice pack needed to chill the medicine while it's enroute. The woman I spoke to told me no problem, so sorry - a note has been made to your account. The following month - you guessed it! No ice pack. I asked to speak to the manager. I received one with an ice pack the following month. But this month was the final straw! I asked for my usual order, and mentioned the need for the ice pack and was told it would be $5 for the cheap ice packs they use. I was happy to pay it although I thought that was a bit much for the pack. Today I received yet another delivery hot as heck with no ice pack. I am never going there again. If they can't follow a simple direction, I worry what else is an oversight at their business.

The past few months I've ordered medication for my dog and received it promptly each time. There was an occasion I had to order overnight service and received it the following day with an enclosed receipt. I would recommended MCP to friends.

Worst service ever. My doctor called in a prescription for compounding. Early that afternoon a pharmacy employee confirmed receipt of the prescription and stated they were preparing it for pickup. Pharmacy hours conflict with my work schedule so I made special arrangements to pick up the following day. Imagine my frustration to have the owner of the pharmacy tell me the compounding hadn't even begun and would take 24 hours to complete. He became arrogant and confrontational, refusing to fill my prescription at all when I stated that it is very difficult for me to pick up during their business hours. Another employee offered to deliver to my work address, but when the owner didn't like the distance - he refused service and responded in an angry, shouting voice that, no, he didn't like MY attitude and would not fill the rx. Never go there!
