I called to order flowers for a Bas Mitzvah For a special 12-year-old girl and I wanted something wonderful because her celebration Had to stay at home because of Covid. I spoke to Ally who was absolutely amazing!I mentioned that this would be the first time she'd be ever getting flowers and how she loves light blue and rose gold and they made the best arrangement ever and had it out within hours. She was over the moon excited it is so stunning and gorgeous. You guys are the best!You made her day for sure!

Beautiful flowers, excellent customer service! I live in Southern California and needed to order flowers for my cousin who lives in Albuquerque. I had previously used another florist that I was not at all happy with, so I tried Melba's. I spoke to Lacey and let her know what I wanted and she most definitely delivered! My cousin loved it! I will definitely be orders from Melba's again.

We used Melba's for our wedding.Andy met with us twice and we discussed our vision for the flowers, and I didn't quite know what to expect on the day of, but the flowers were absolutely stunning and somehow looked even better than I had imagined.Prices were reasonable and the quality of the flowers was absolutely wonderful. Highly recommend.

When another flower shop in town (won't give any names to be polite) couldn't deliver on a service they said they would provide, Melba's flowers provided. Not only that, but they went above and beyond and our event went off without a hitch. Small shop but beautiful(My mom had recommended we try them after she had used them to order flowers for work/funerals)

Not a great experience! I ordered a floral arrangement and did not get anything close to what I had ordered. They said that they knew it was wrong but hoped we would like it anyway. I asked for a refund and was promised one but never happened. I called a second time and still nothing. Had to dispute the charge through my credit card company to get results. Horrible customer service!

My daughter's wedding was June 8, 2018 at Old Town Farm. We purchased all of the bouquets, corsages, boutonnières, table arrangements, flower girl petals (they decorated the basket w/o us asking- very nice), and arch arrangements. They delivered everything the day of and pinned on corsages and boutonnières, placed table arrangements, and attached flowers to the arch. I was so amazed at the beauty and quality of all the flowers and by the young lady and gentleman that delivered everything. The price was slightly less than other florists we received quotes from and I feel we got our money's worth and then some! They truly went above and beyond our expectations and I highly recommend them!

I sent a white arrangement today and this is same day delivery. The flowers are overblown and there are actually expired flowers in the arrangement. I am embarrassed Melba's delivered this arrangement. I called and no response. Do Better Melba's, not only could I not recommend your flower store, I am warning others.

Save your time and money and go elsewhere!!!! I ordered an an arrangement through their online store, as I live in Texas, for a memorial service. I arranged for pickup as I was having someone pick them up for delivery to the memorial service. On the website it states I have the "pickup" option and to call to confirm for when pick up is ready. We tried calling for two hours and no one picked up the phone. The person who was picking it up for me drove to the store and was told by the man who works there, that they're not accepting pick ups only deliveries and they would refund the money and went back inside. How are you going to refund the money if you have no idea what order to refund? How would you deliver the flowers if you don't have an address? I have yet to receive an answer. I understand the pandemic has changed the process of things but it's BAD customer service to not at least give the common courtesy to call and let me know the logistics of the order AND not get my order number for my refund!!!

These are awesome people. I was just working seasonally for Valentine's day, but had a seizure during my shift. They called 911 and the owner even picked me up from the hospital, which I wasn't expecting. They didn't judge me for it either, so whoever owns the business are really good people.

I have recently coordinated two weddings that used Melba's Flowers. They so carefully listened to what the bride wanted, took copious notes, attached pictures and made recommendations that were very helpful. And then the wedding! The flowers were spectacularly beautiful. At the wedding last weekend at Europa in Los Lunas the designers filled the space with gorgeous flowers. Melba's has such talented staff and work very hard to give great value for their service. Fresh flowers absolutely make a wedding!
