Called for a quote for a new panel, Non-functioning outlet and new lighting and they were quick to recommend I use someone else because they don't work evenings or weekends and my job would be complicated because I have an old house. I'm actually glad they showed their true colors sooner rather than later. I will happily take my business elsewhere.

Just wanted to give a shout out to Mike and his crew. Everything is working perfectly and no problems. They rewired a very large portion of my home that had aluminum wiring to copper. New breaker box also. I thought at first the bid seemed a little steep. But after seeing all the man hours Mike and his crew put in plus all the materials. I think I won! Great job and will refer you to all of my friends and family!

Had the best experience. The power went out in the master bedroom and the breaker would not flip back on. Mike came same day, within an hour, and checked it out. He diagnosed the problem quickly and showed me exactly what the issue was. He was able to come back next day and get everything squared away. I could not have asked for better service.

Mike McDonald does all the Electrical stuff at my house for almost 20 years. He is reliable and gets back with me fast every time.His work is done as it should be - one never has to call for doing something write the second time. He is of the old school: If you do a job, you do it right and correct according to code the FIRST time around.On top of all that, he is utmost knowledgeable!! His friendly and very trustworthy way, lets me hire him again and again.This morning, I freaked out, as my Fridge didn't work any more. I did cut an extension cord with my hedge trimmer yesterday. Somehow, I could not figure out how to reset the panel switch (find my excuse in being elderly). In only half an hour, he was at my site, and he thought me how to reset it correctly. All my stress was taken away. And he even didn't charge me for the trip!

I'm sure Mike McDonald is excellent at his job and very professional. I would like to speak to his kindness as well. Today my 11 year 150 lb dog was too tired to get back in the car after playing at the park. Mr McDonald saw me struggling and lifted my dog into my car. I'm so grateful. It seems with all the electricians Albuquerque has to pick from wouldn't you want to chose someone who is not only great at their job but is a good person! That to me says trustworthy and conscientious! Thank you!
