Mc Bride's did well by us. Fixed the bent axle on our RV in 7 hours. Really good team. We're thrilled with the outcome. We were referred by Ernest Clark of Clark and Sons in Santa Fe. The price was exactly what was quoted.

First called spoke to Casey. Don't expect the super happy camper hello. These guys mean business and are BUSY!!! They WILL listen, they will help you, and will give you the best advice. Since I've gone here for supplies I've been on the phone with the Owner at least twice helping me figure out issues they didn't even physically repair. Could not be more thrilled I found this place and have it as a resource to better my experiences on the road. Thank you all.

Also thanks to Paul and the rest of the crew. I will recommend McBrides to anyone who needs welding work done in Albuquerque....

- charged 430 when quoted 225 to re arch the rear springs in my conversion van.- rear diff leaks now where drive shaft pulled and installed - never leaked before.- The rear springs are still "humped" over the rear axle. The ride is no better than before I took it in. . u bolt for Hellwig helper springs I bought was cut with a torch. No one told me - just threw it in a bag in the back. How was I supposed to install them? I will have to purchase a new set to get the hardware - not sold seperately. - u bolts not torqued correctly. During our 2 week vacation (we left 2 days after picking up the van) i felt like something was not right in the rear. I looked underneath and found one u bolt with no nuts left holding it - the top plate and other u bolt were hanging upside down - NOTHING SECURING THE AXLE TO SPRING. This happened in the middle of Mississippi with my wife and 3 kids. Thank God I found it before it was any worse. I magine if I had hit something in the road with the rear wheel on that side!!!! This could have had a very different and potentially deadly ending! Feel free to look at my fb post for the pictures. Never again.https://m.facebook.com/story.php?story_fbid=10214417307299198&id=1614008704Update 8/2 I reviewed the issues in person with the shop asst. manager Paul. He replaced the torched u bolt and asked if that would take care of things. I said no. That does nothing about any of the other issues. I told him wanted the additional charges i did not agree to refunded. He told me he doesn't have the authority to do that and he would have to talk to the owner. The owners response through Paul: a free alignment. Why would I accept an alignment (that I don't need) after the last display of workmanship? I said no and Paul told me I could come visit the owner in person. How about the owner seek me out to make this right? Why do I need to find the owner tp rectify his companies mistakes? I'll be filing a complaint withe better business bureua and disputing the charge with my credit card company. You put my families lives at risk and this is the response???

My issue started April 28,2023 when I had Mc Brides replaced my leaf springs on my 42ft 5th wheel trailer, the next day driving north out of Albuquerque, about 1 1/2 hr. out the trailer started to track at an angle. The issues were that the u bolts were never torque to specs and the center bolts to the leaf springs broke. I called Mc Brides and nothing could be done till Monday so I had to have another company come out and repair the leaf springs center bolts and torque to specification. Then the e mails started for Mc Brides to pay for the extra company to come out and pay and for the missing equalizer bushing. Finally, Mc Brides after 6weeks later they paid for the extra company to come out and the equalizer bushing. I did dispute the charges. and now they will be paid. I do not recommend McBride's.

Read some unfavorable reviews regarding "rude attitudes" but thought I would give it a shot anyway, maybe just meet some fellow New Yorkers or something. Found everyone to be Professional, Business Like and very Busy about their jobs. No nonsense place they know their business and get about doing it. Not a place for anyone who thinks they are entitled to very 'special' treatment because they think 'they' are very special. You are there to get a job done, and so are they. Was cheaper than online quotes and really knew their stuff which was very helpful when I wanted to upgrade my suspension. Thanks

This company made a mistake on our first spring order and when we pointed it out, replaced all the problems at no charge. We are very pleased to say they stood by their work & made it right. We'll deal with them again.

Had McBride's re-arch and add a leaf on my Tacoma. Scheduling was easy. They got it done same day for the price quoted over the phone, plus the cost of a part that need replacing. Great service.
