everything requires some perspectiveLiz Mazzola rented our place in the east mountains when we left town for a few years. She was kind of bad about dinging us with fees for work that was questionable or done questionably. For example: She'd charge a lot for cleaning (ok!) and when you saw the results it was a pretty mediocre cleaning job... not the way i wanted to hand my house over to new tenants.She also signed a tenant using a modified lease (different than the one we'd been using for 4 years, With her) that allowed the client to break the lease with no penalty. Then she sold our tenant a house and of course this made coordinating everything easy because they just broke the lease.Granted... i could have demanded to look at the lease before signing as i had in the past, but i stupidly assumed we'd use the same lease we always had.So from an owners perspective... pretty bad... but i suspect that tenant thought she was awesomeBut as an owner... stay away from them... they don't do that good of a job for the 10% and they are not really representing you.... if you do use them... watch them closely

Hands down, the WORST property mgmt company in Northern New Mexico. Anyone who says otherwise has been PAID to say so. Liz has ZERO integrity. She lies, covers up stuff she doesn't want known, and steals people's money while giving NOTHING in return. She has no morals and no class. Instead, your best bet for property mgmt is Southwest Suites, by far. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with Mazzola. You want more details of my personal experience with Liz, text me at (540) 412-8106.

We have a rental in the east mountains... this company,I do not recommend! Not only did they charge tenets out for contract for things, they also took our money! CROOkS!!!!

Lee has a serious problem with telling the truth and Liz enables her. Stay away from Mazzola Inc if at all possible and go with Re/Max or Moonlight or ANY other East Mountain Realtor. My wife and I had the displeasure of dealing with Lee and Mazzola Inc while renting a home in the East Mountain area of ABQ. The owner of the home ended her contract with Mazzola after she found out about Lee's lying ways.

I recently relocated from CA to Cedar Crest. I called many real estate management companies looking for the right home. I am in Property Management myself, however, new the this area and market and needed all the help I could get. I called several management companies and all had no sence of urgency, tried to push me into homes that did not fit my needs and others simply were not interested in helping me find a home, telling me to look at the website and if I found something let them know. I was becoming very discouraged and stressed out to say the least. I was referred to Liz and Lee by a realtor I had met a year ago. When I called their ofice I was transferred to Lee. She immediately asked me about my needs and preferences. She said she would look to see what she could find and call me back. I'll be honest, I didn't expect her to get back to me based on the experiences I had the last several days with other realtors and managment companies. Lee called me later that afternoon and had done the research on my behalf based on my needs. She set up appointments for the next day and personally toured each home with me and answered all my questions. She was absolutely amazing, she really listened to my needs and delivered extraordinary customer service. I know I will be very happy leasing a home from her until I'm ready to buy. Thank you Lee!!!

Liz Mazzola is the best rental property owner I have ever rented from. She is honest, fair, responds quickly to home repairs and protects both the owner and the renter. I am relocating to NM again hopefully, and will use her again.

I rented for 2 years Liz was the property manager. I cleaned before I left and always paid my rent on time.There was only me no cleaning to be done and no damage and she only refunded half of my deposit. Charged me the other half for cleaning! She is not fair or reasonable. I would not recommend dealing with this agency or her.Rip off

Lee Wilfred is a liar. She lied about a well share and the house we were renting being the well manager. She refused to get us reimbursed for the electricity Campbell and Campbell was using for the well share while they were showing the other house on the well share while they had it for sale. I had an unforeseen circumstance come up and got behind and she's so afraid of the owner of the house that she gave us a 3 day notice and if we still couldn't pay then we'd be evicted so she essentially forced us out of the house. Worst landlord I have ever dealt with
