Mauldin's Florist & Flower Delivery

I ordered a dozen pink roses for my wife's birthday and they were beautiful. Everyone I interacted with at the store was friendly and helpful. When I went to pick them up at the store they were ready when they said they would be. The prices are reasonable.

I ordered flowers for my father's 70th birthday. I wasn't incredibly clear as to what type of arrangement that I wanted, only big and with lilies (as they smell nice). The woman who took my order was so kind and helpful and just fun. The ordering process was so simple that I was a little confused. The finished product was more than i and hoped for (especially for how vague I was in placing the order). My dad was so happy with the arrangement. THANK YOU!!

I ordered some flowers from here. I am from out of town. With everything going on I wanted to send a pretty arrangement to my niece for graduation. I told them kinda what I wanted and they said they were going to try. I even had to have my sister to pick it up. How do you want people to support local businesses, charging 75 plus for carnations and the cheapest flowers made? Whole Foods would've saved me 50 dollars So embarrassed these were sent to my niece.

I am a common man. This being said, I lack the vision of choosing a nice arrangement that expresses my appreciation for my mother. Dianne worked within my budget to deliver a beautiful bouquet beyond my expectations. My mother was thrilled and her daughter a bit jealous, lol. Suffice it to say, I'm am extremely pleased that I will be able to depend on a great florist with a down home personal touch. Thank you again Dianne. Your Aces!!!!

Multiple customer service fails with this business. We ordered the living blooming white garden basket $119. 1. The bouquet did not match the flowers in the online order form. I understand that some flowers are in season or not available all the time, but what we recieved vs what we thought we were getting for how much we paid was pathetic. The order was to have two varietals of flowers. There were fifteen calla lilies in the picture, but in our order arrived only ONE! The other flowers were purple lilies and looked cheap, not beautiful carnations like in the photo. Check out the attached picture to this review for reference.2. The flowers were intended to have a personal message for the recipient who is going through a very difficult time. The message was written in Spanish. The message that arrived to the recipient was entirely illegible. The words all screwed up and the letters jumbled. When we reached out to the business about this issue, we recieved the following message:"The owner who printed it out does not speak spanish and would not have known about any errors. Also, our staff member who speaks Spanish is off today. I'm not sure how you would like me to resolve the matter." In a town where 50% of people are spanish speakers, this kind of rationale does not hold up. Either they are super lazy, or It would appear that Spanish customers aren't as valuable as English ones. The attitude either way is bigotted and racist. This is unacceptable service and I am not recommending this business to anyone in ABQ.

My father had surgery at the VA hospital and I ordered flowers from Mauldin's flowers. My father liked the flowers but my rating is low because of horrible customer service. If I was not in a rush to get these flowers delivered I would have looked elsewhere for better customer service. The lady who took my order, Michelle, was terribly rude, impatient and snappy. I am not one who knows a lot about flowers and my questions were not out of the ordinary therefore her rudeness was so unnecessary. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere before calling them.

It was a sad occasion-my moms friend was not doing well-The woman I spoke to was very helpful in talking me through Their selection.I decided to upgrade and change the color of the selection-The flower arrangement was delivered and was beautiful and very much appreciated-I highly recommend this florist-

Ordered the Pure Heart standing heart wreath for a funeral service. The arrangement came out beautifully, ordered on a holiday and the standing heart wreath was delivered the very next morning on time for the service. Thank you for the beautiful arrangement and timely service.

I ordered flowers from New York City for a friend in Albuquerque because I believe in supporting local businesses rather than giant corporations, and I wanted a special touch for a special occasion. The woman who took my order was kind and friendly, and the beautiful order was delivered the same day. The personal touch meant a lot to me. Highly recommend!

Mauldin's Flowers did the flower arrangements for my grandfather's funeral. The process of ordering was easy and the staff were very helpful. The arrangements were absolutely beautiful and better than I could have hoped for. I highly recommend them for your flower needs.
