Took my ring in to get it fixed because one side of my setting was knocked loose. My whole setting was wobbling a little bit. They did a fantastic job and it looks like amazing! It looks as if it never broke!

CAUTION have all jewelry checked prior to purchase by a reputable jeweler. I purchased my wedding ring 3 years ago. I am now working on getting a divorce and have gone to over 5 jewelers in Albuquerque who have verified that the center stone in my ring is not 1.10 ctw but less than .65 ctw. When I went into Mati and brought this to their attention they stated that there was no way that could be true. I have now been contacted by two of the managers and it was in fact true, Mati sold a $10,990 Hearts on Fire engagement ring and this ring is not even worth a 1/4 of that. We are in contact with the Attorney Generals Office, we have a claim into the BBB and we have contacted channel 7 news. Since finding out that my ring was not what they said it was, we have found out that this is common for Mati. They have had to pay back customers in full because they are selling diamonds and not giving the correct certificates. If you shop here beware of the risk you are taking. If you have a diamond from here, go get it checked, I hope you did not get sold a fake diamond.

I talked to one of the managers Miguel. And he was truly generous to spend time with me in the store. A couple watch brands I knew of but didn't know much about he provided me not only a hard copy handbook of the material but some information that he knew offhand. Even though I walked in out of pure curiosity I left with a little G-Shock for my daughter. And made her experience extremely enjoyable while making mine memorable. Her little watch was a fun moment and soon bad habit lol. Great experience overall

I am very disappointed in the staff at the ABQ uptown location. My father and I had purchased many timepieces from the old Coronado mall location before it moved. I took my tag formula1 to the Abq uptown location to be sent out for repair. The estimated price of repair was $860 a new formula1 can be purchased for less online. So I denied the repair (July 10th) I was told my watch would be back in 1-2 weeks. It's now September and I still don't have my watch. I had to return to Arizona due to the passing of my grandmother. I have called the store multiple time and spoke with multiple employees. I get the same response "let us get your name and telephone number and we will call you back" I have never received ANY phone calls other than the call with the outrageous estimate. If you are going to buy a timepiece or a piece of Jewlery please highly consider taking your business elsewhere!

This has been my favorite jeweler for years, my father got many a gift for my mother here. I just visited their new store in the ABQ uptown mall. They recently moved it from another location.Miguel and his coworker went out of there way to help me find what I was looking for.They even called in three different diamonds from diamond cuttes for me to choose from.Love all their product is made here in town.
