I had an amazing experience thanks to Gabby's impeccable customer service! Shoutout to her for sharing some fascinating history about the restaurant, which was recommended by my Airbnb hosts. She also educated me on all the local food options and was so kind and attentive. Gabby even gave me a taste of something she was making, and I ended up ordering it! Every dish at this place is absolutely delicious. I'm beyond grateful to find a fantastic vegan-vegetarian restaurant like this. I really hope they expand to California, where there just aren't enough spots like this, or even to Austin, Texas. Thank you so much for being so wonderful, Gabby - you made my day! Truly amazing.

We were happy to find veg options in ABQ and ate lunch and carried food out for our trip to White sands. We got the tempeh roll, the pretzel roll and a couple of salad rolls along with the borscht and a nice not too sweet mango lassi. Everything had flavor and tasted fresh. We even got a taste of the rice they were makingThe downside is that food was pre-packaged in plastic and cold and had to be microwaved. Their website does not indicate that. I think it would be better if they clearly indicated that . We did not mind it given we were on the road.And we reused the packaging a few more times before recycling. I would recommend this place to any vegetarian/vegan travelers going to Albuquerque

Delicious vegetarian options. Friendly indoor or outdoor seating. Everything is pre made and cold, so you can buy and go to take home or you can have them warm it up and eat there. So many tasty options. Loaded with flavor and very satisfying. Unique drink blends, and amazing sweets/dessert options. Convenience, options, and quality....mmmmmm!

Tasty food! They also have meals for vegetarians and vegans! Food is packaged for take out. They also have outdoor seating. Their items change throughout the week. We've always found a tasty meal whether it is a veggie chick pea burrito, baked Kibbe casserole, a salad, and some delicious sides like tabbouleh, hummus, and Dahl. They have interesting beverages too! The staff is very informative and friendly . Stop by and pick a meal to take home or sit in the outdoor area and eat there!

As soon as you walk in you're greeted nicely, and the first thing you see are open air fridges full of pre-made delicious looking food from Indian, middle eastern and American cultures. All the food here is vegetarian, and the owner always works there and greets you and tells you about his food with a passion. He himself is a vegetarian for I believe he said 40 years! He is very hands on and has always been there when I've walked in to get meals and is very quick to help you pick something that you'll love. My favorite item on His menu was the tuna salad sandwich and also his salad dressings especially the Asian one were so good that it made the salads super delicious. It has a cute ambiance too for being an express / to go type of place. The restaurant has limited space but they make good use of it and there's usually enough tables available.

We came here on a cold Friday afternoon and were pleasantly surprised at the number of vegan options in place. We went for the Lebanese and Indian bowls and while both of them were delicious, it's worth noting that almost all of their meals are pre-cooked and frozen unlike other places which cook them for you.I couldn't speak more highly of the staff though. They were friendly, courteous and kind enough to warm up our food and also set up seating for us outdoors while checking with us multiple times.In addition to the food, we also ordered the mango lassi and strawberry lassi and were also gifted with a book that gave us wonderful insights into the organic food scene within New Mexico.

Simple, wholesome, and really tasty food - what is not to like? And the people that work there are really friendly - happy to make suggestions. Yes, everything there is pre-packed and you pick it up, but they will heat it up if you want to just eat there. So what's the problem. Enjoyed our lunch, and carried food out for our road trip - oh that borscht was good.Oh the place is all vegetarian (they have vegan options too), and everything is made from fresh ingredients - and it shows.
