Massage Place

had a very wonderful massage by Laura today she worked out all the knots in my back and neck I feel so much better now I highly recommend her thanks again Laura

I highly recommend this place. Laura did a great job in working on my back pain, my range of motion improved dramatically and my chronic neck pain went away after my session. Her attention to details was amazing and she worked out the knots in my back her price was very competitive as well!

Called for a last minute massage, and Laura fit me in. She was great! That woman can find and knead out any knots. I will be back. The place itself is in a small office complex - no spa here, just good old fashion massage.

I was referred to the Massage Place and was excited as it was really close to my house. I get frequent massages and was looking for a new place to go closer to home. I was quickly disappointed. The environment seemed old and dirty when I walked in. It also had a very strong smell in the room I was getting a massage in. It's smelled of cigarette smoke along with a strange smell almost like a pet groomery. It made me feel sick through out my whole massage. (My fault for not saying something and leaving, but I really needed a massage!) However the smell was so strong and stuck to my body that I had to shower the minute I got home. The massage from Brenda was decent. I did ask her to concentrate on my upper and lower back. I feel like she didn't focus on my lower back at all, but did a good job on my upper back/ neck. I did feel a little uncomfortable at times as some of the massaging got a little too close for comfort in some areas of my body. (Yikes!) Needless to say I don't think I will be going back.

Who knows if they are any good or not. Bought a Groupon, thought I had scheduled an appt. via text. Showed up at address on groupon certificate. no one there. Googled the business and found a different address, drove to that address, no one there started texting and they said they sent emails and I never responded so they didn't schedule me. I never received any info after they sent me a date. I accepted via text which apparently is how they operate. I gave them my name and thought I was set. Never heard any different. Appt. was made for a Sunday. SO 90 texts later I think we've set up a new appt. (by the way, they are not open on Sunday, which I saw on the web). Weird all the way around. I think I have a new appt. I've accepted the fact that I had to change my plans for the day, and then I get a text saying they are refusing me service and that I need to ask Groupon for a refund. I asked wy after all that. She said they have the right to refuse service for anyone. Then she said if I texted again, she was going to call the police on me. ????? What kind of person runs a business like this? I will be contacting Groupon Customer Service and my lawyer. 49 of the 90 texts were from them. AT ONE POINT THEY SAID I WAS SCHEDULED, THE NEXT SAID ASK FOR A REFUND. What a mess, I guess I'm not ever going to get the service I paid for. Not the type of company I want to spend my hard earned money at anyway. Think twice.

This place is reasonable, relaxing and great. I come here often and they are very accommodating for same day appointments. Both Laura and Brenda are awesome at what they do.

I was incredibly disappointed with the customer service that I received through 'The Massage Place'. The customer representative of the business told me I had no 'common sense' and refused to work with me to find a date where I could come in, even after I had given them a month's notice. I had purchased the 60-minute massage through Groupon and was very excited to support a new local business. Needless to say, I was not able to schedule an appointment within the time slots available (all of which were mid-workday). After all was said and done, I ended up feeling complete frustration from this experience and I would not recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a relaxing experience.
