I came to Marshalls to look for a very specific gift, a wax warmer, which I've had the hardest time finding. I didn't find one, but I did find some other interesting stuff. mostly just random things that I could get a better price on there than that the regular store like the body wash I use as well as some shampoo that is the same brand. I normally use but mark down.They are currently loaded up with holiday stock, including lots of different gifts sets and such. Overall, it was just really chaotic and it seemed like the staff was very overwhelmed. The cashier that I had charged me for something I didn't want and luckily I noticed so we were able to take care of it right then and there but she seemed to be struggling.

Marshalls is a decent discount-shopping destination. If you catch them at the right time, they've offer good deals on lots of different name brand merchandise. The trick in shopping at Marshalls is to find out when they schedule their restocking; if you go right after the new merchandise arrives you'll be able to get 1st crack at all the best new selections :-) When you figure what you want and they have it in the right size, you'll end up with deals that are sometimes good enough to justify the time and trouble you'll have to take to find them ;-)

This store is a nightmare to get out of. With only four checkouts open and no register designated for returns only, there were 30 people in front of me (no exaggeration)!I will not wait in line for 20 minutes to get in this store then have to wait another 45 minutes to return two items. Online shopping (thank goodness for Amazon) looks like the best way to shop if you value your time!

Horrible service. I brought my daughter some things from Texas and we were returning what didn't fit. I wanted to put the return toward what we were purchasing and they said that they were unable to do that...which is ridiculous, so, if I buy my daughter things and send them to her, she would be unable to return anything that doesn't fit because she won't have my card. I will not shop here again. Their inability to work with their customers lost me, and the cashier was rude as well. This doesn't happen at other stores.

Really organized, tidy, and with cute items at good prices. It is ALL about the shopping experience for me, and THIS Marshalls definitely makes the cut. Plenty of choices, my sizes in stock, and wide aisles. Check, check, check. Also, the fitting rooms didn't have a smell to it, andwhile I thought the bright "runway" lights would be hot to the touch, nope, they weren't!

Wish there was a ZERO star option!!! I could NOT shop without the assets protection guy following me!! He was dressed in normal clothes so I thought he was just a weirdo watching me but I went around a corner and he sent the guy standing at the door to do a walk around when I was already to check out. Super annoying when you are a paying customer!! I guess the star rating is for the friendly cashier. Do better at not making your customers feel uncomfortable!!!

I normally don't do this but your security person is very rude. I was leaving with my hands full with purchases I had just made, people were coming in the door in front of me and he has the nerve to tell me that the cart did not belong on that side that they belonged on the other side. Excuse me ?? He was just standing there doing nothing except being the cart police and I had my hands full. Thankfully the person walking in took my cart. I guess I forgot I was the customer and he was the worker. Did not appreciate that at all. Thanks

Horrible customer service. When checking out the girl asked if I had a credit card with them I said yes I do she then told me my total and I was paying with a gift card and she got rude and said you have to let me know what you're paying with and she then asked for 5 digits on the card so I was scratching the back of the gift card and with attitude tells me you dont have to scratch it, I said help me instead of having attitude and when walking out of the store said that I was the one with attitude in front of employees and customers. We were at Marshall's to return some items, and we received terrible service. First of all, there were less than a handful of cashiers and the line was almost to the back of the store. We waited in line to be further disappointed with the customer service. After being in line for about half an hour, we finally were helped, more like robbed. We returned the items that we paid with cash and the cashier refused to give us cash. He handed us a merchandise card. We kept asking what this is for Because we wanted cash back. His response to our question was either "Huh?" or "What?". He just said we needed to swipe the merchandise card because that's what they do. After telling him multiple times that we wanted our cash back, he finally realized. He spoke to a short Native American woman who told us that there was nothing she could do about getting the cash back. It wasn't our fault that the cashier made us swipe the card. The Native American woman was rude and didn't even apologized. She said that it's ok, because we could use the card at TJ Max or Homegoods. I mean what if we were from out of state? So Marshalls doesn't give cash back for returns and gives Customers a merchandise card to use for there company? It kind of sounds like stealing to me.

This Marshall's is decent. Staff is 6/10 friendly. My only problem is the oil diffuser I bought 3 days ago is already breaking. You drop one trickle of water on it , and boom the shit starts pealing. 1/10 recommend buying their products. Trippin
