I wish I didn't have to write this update. I stand by most of my original review--on-time workers, good original work, no BS. But man, getting a repair done later? Just doesn't happen. Our metal roof sprung a small leak. I'm not upset about it, stuff happens under even the best of circumstances. An honest business would say "oops" and fix it, and all would be rainbows and unicorns. The roof was under warranty, so I tried to contact the owner. I have tried four times, via different means (text, email, website), over many months, to get this done. No response at all. What really burns, this company has taken my original glowing review and reprinted it on their website--attributing it to someone else--but won't even call me back. I suppose i should be grateful for the overall integrity of the original work, and I am--which is why there are two stars here instead of one.

I am very disappointed with this company, especially with Stephan balling, who came out to our home two weeks ago and spoke with my husband & myself. He told me that he would have an estimate for us the next day. Well, it's been over two weeks ago and we still have not heard anything from him. I have left over four messages, and he has not returned my calls. I got their number and recommendation from home advisor so I am going to leave a review on their site also.this is my first time leaving a review but this company is not worth your time!

Really disappointing experience with this company. Promised they would come do a minor roof repair 3 days in a row. Then they wouldn't return my call after they didn't show up the 3rd time. Can't speak to the quality of the work, but in general unprofessional and unreliable, so have to assume quality of work follows.
