Marron Park Apartments

Don't believe any positive reviews you might read about these apartments. They're lies probably posted by friends and relatives of the owner. The first thing I can tell you is that the Interstate Hwy is directly behind the apartments and you will never get a peaceful night of sleep. Creeps and weirdos run around the property at night. Several car windows broken out and things stolen. Apartments broken into...big screen tv's and electronics stolen. Owner and police will do nothing about it. $600 a month on a required 6 month lease is too much. For $600, you could find nice, safe 2 bedroom apartments in beautiful areas in the Ne heights, and with NO NOISE to get a great nights sleep. The time I lived at these apartments, the water coolers were always breaking down in the middle of the hottest days of summer. The water coolers are old, very rusted, and worn out. Manager seems nice at first, but after they get your money on a long term lease, she is not so nice anymore. Anyway, just thought folks should know the TRUTH. Try the Canoan Apartments at Spain & Eubank. They are beautiful, easy to get into, and they are nice, caring people. It's where I moved to after the nightmare at Marron Park. I've lived here ever since and it's heaven in comparison. Wherever you chose to rent, just remember I took the time to tell you the truth to save you grief. God Bless.

if i could gave this place negative stars i would. my boyfriend lived there for 9years in those years he did not have heat and hot water for 4 of them and management stated that it was not up to code and they would not fix it bc it was to much money. the apartments are infested with cockroaches and they do not spray. then when my boyfriend finally moved out they held up the process of us getting an apartment because they never called back this place is ghetto DO NOT RENT FROM THEM! my next step is to report them to the state.
