Mark and Sheila Real Estate Team

We have not used Mark and Sheila to buy or sell a home. Only because we just do not move or buy another house. What we love about Mark and Sheila is what they do for the community. They are always out in The Rio Rancho Community helping and supporting. If you give them a call for some advice on buying or selling or any real estate need you may have, they are there. They take their time and answer purely.What we prepare for is for their annual neighborhood yard sales. It is a very fun event that they organize thought different neighborhoods in Rio Rancho. They do the newspaper add and the area banner. Gifts and prizes are given away with a special game that is played during the yard sale event. They also go buy each house of yard salers and offer snacks and drinks. They are very hospitable and kind. Not just Mark and Sheila but their whole staff.Great people and Business they are.

Mark "managed" my rental in RR, NM what a disaster--i found screen doors missing, keys to the fireplace gone, all kinds of damage to front door and flooring, no 30 days notice and mark returned their refund and then charged me almost a full month's rent for painting w/out asking or telling me. What a farse, do not let this guy near your home, oh and he couldn't sell it either. All of the graphs he has to prove what a great realtor he is don't add up to much when it comes to realty.

Used them a few years ago was not impressed at all, they are average realtors and were not very proactive
