Manzano Mesa Apartments

This place is guilty of abusing disabled Americans. I have a friend with autism who lives there and because he is special needs they take advantage of him by way of allowing people to use his reserved parking space because he is too afraid of them to say anything...they didn't have that vehicle towed however because someone was parked in his spot..the people making his meals for him had to park in another space...they had that vehicle towed instead.....disgusting....as if mistreating and taking advantage of his disability wasn't enough they went even further with their abuse as to have his helpers harassed and towed....the helpers were charged $200 for the tow...fyi they weren't getting paid by any organization to prepare his meals..just good Samaritans...any organization that is connected with this facility should get out and disconnect from their association with this complex.

Worst place to live! The manager (Veronica) is a joke and the office staff are jealous freaks. They didn't want to give me my full deposit back and lied about me not moving out on my move out date. I had to call corporate. The people that live there are ghetto and a lot of break in's and some man was shot while I lived there. The pool is freezing and dirty, if you need maintenance they will never show up. Don't waste your money here. It's not safe at allllllll. The whole entire office staff are the biggest liars ever! The apartments have roaches.

This apartment complex is outstanding. the staff is always there to help and on point with helping you. I havnt had to deal with maintainance because nothing has broken in the apartment i cant fix i.e lights and what not. very quiet place to live and not very roudy. no partiers, nice views, and not on a very busy street. definitely recommend.
