Manny's Food Truck

I stumbles across Manny's at Red Door Brewing. Breweries and Food Trucks are a happy union here in Albuquerque, and elsewhere. But Manny's and Red Door are a pretty awesome combination.I don't know how Manny had avoided an entry in Yelp for as long as he has been in business. I'm happy to have entered hi into the system.As Kendall A said, their breakfast burrito is one of the top in the city. And that is really saying something. Add to that their carne adovada quesadilla or tacos and you really have something. The fact that the owner was eating the carne adovada when I walked up was a pretty good indication that it was worth trying. No disappointment here,Figure out where these guys are hanging out! Go there, order a beer from the brewery and some food from Manny's and just enjoy the 505. Let me know when and where, and I'll meet you there!

Wow. This guy makes delicious food. As we all do, I have my favorite food trucks in town. But Manny's just made my top three. Never heard of him before but we went to Red Door yesterday and thankfully he was there. I was hungry and he was pretty fast with the food. I ordered a breakfast burrito and my man got the carne adovada quesadilla. Our friend got the carne adovada tacos. ABQ has quite the breakfast burrito battle every day, lucky for all of us. Do yourself a huge favor and add Manny's to your go-to list. Delightfully delicious, perfectly cooked and seasoned and with excellent chile. I had green but soon learned his red is just as good. The quesadilla was just perfect. He does not skimp on the fillings and it was so frickin good!!! The tacos were equally delicious. I wanted to order something else just to try it all. As you would expect from a food truck there is a somewhat limited menu, but he makes it really worth it. This guy knows how to cook. He thanked us as he was preparing to leave when his time slot ended and we had a brief conversation with him. Nice guy, great food, good prices. Seriously - on my list, top three. Try it - you won't be disappointed!
