Maloy Mobile Storage

Our construction company required last minute storage container to house the project materials from the weather/elements. Called Maloy, spoke with Joe who promptly emailed me a written quote. I called the office because I had some additional questions; I spoke with Jo~An who was very knowledgeable and friendly. She assisted me with the contract. Driver called with ETA and put container exactly where we needed it and sent me photos since I'm out of state. It's been a great and smooth experience, I definitely recommend Maloy Storage.

I downsized my home when I relocated from Washington State. I have been a sewist ever since I was a kid and planned to spend my retirement years quilting. I stocked up on fabric, notions and tools for several years now, but my downsized home isn't large enought to organize and store everything. Thanks to Maloy - I have a new container big enough to store everything!! The delivery guy worked super hard to place the container between my house and a hill. Jeff, my salesman, was superb! Everyone I interfaced with at Maloy were friendly, professional, and extremely helpful. I could not be happier! Thank you again, Maloy!!!

No Time For Customers! Then Dishonest Owner.I had called several times to inquire about shipping containers and buying them in bulk. The owner Pat is apparently the only one who can talk to people about this. A coworker Jarrod had spoken with Pat who had given us a great price quote for ocean containers. We made every effort to take him up on this purported great pricing. Each time the guy who answered the phone would say Pat was there, then come back and say he was gone or on the other line. Clearly it felt like a run around, so after 3-4 calls with no response I abandoned further communications.I won't waste my time chasing people who don't care to even talk to or call customers back. Finally after I had given up on contacting this company Pat called me on the phone. He told me he would get me a quote based on our volume of purchasing. When we got the quote finally weeks later he quoted us just over DOUBLE what he had spoke about on the phone. I found irony in the quote about integrity below the email signature considering the circumstances. I would not recommend this company to anyone. A man's word is his bond, and a man who claims great discounts because he is such a big company and then cannot make good on his word shows the world his true nature and brings shame to himself.I would avoid this company.

Jo-An Garcia at Maloy Mobile Storage is the epitome of a top notch customer service salesperson. I first contacted her four years ago about storage containers and we spoke extensively about my project. This month I was finally able to get back onto the project and there she was, still on track and able to pick up where we left off. The company has a wide stock of options and Jo-An was willing to take the time to go through and explain the various scenarios available and all details involved. No gray areas, no mystery. I visited the premises and got a mini tour of everything they do there, including amazing retro-fitting and remodeling of containers. The delivery was very organized, on time and placed to perfection. I couldn't be happier with the product and service. Thank you!!!

Made the mistake of believing the rep at Maloy Mobile Storage who sold us a 40' shipping container when he said "These units are leak and rodent proof." Yes we purchased a "c-grade container" but were told that meant it was "cosmetically inferior to the a's and b's but still tested and shown to be leak proof." Also, the rep recommended one of their highly secure padlocks which we purchased to be delivered with the unit. The lock didn't arrive with the unit and when I went to pick it up at their office, they wouldn't give it to me despite the receipt I showed them. Had to call out the owner/mgr. "Mary Beth" and tell her my sob story and she finally gave me my $14 padlock. Then, as we were loading up the container with our furniture we spotted a steady water leak right above us. It filled a 5 gal bucket within 1 hour as the snow on the from our first snowstorm of the year slowly melted. I contacted the rep who sold us the container to have someone come up and fix the leak and he told me they wouldn't do it because it's a c-grade blah blah blah... When I requested again to speak with his boss he put me on hold and came back with an agreement to bring his "service man" to our property to remedy the leak problem. The 2 guys arrived next evening driving 2 separate compact cars, obviously no ladder (I had to loan them mine). No gloves, no torch, just a cordless drill with a small wire wheel and a couple roles of some kind of tape and some kind of pucky that he got all over his bare hands. Metal was still wet and there was no primer so my doubts grew. It's now the following day after the patch job and I Called again after finding another leak. The rep Joe intercepted the call again, and eventually put me on the line with Pat Maloy who I assume is Mary Beth's husband. He gave me a runaround that was dizzying probably with a smile on until I gave up and called a roofer who is a friend of mine. He came right over this morning and looked at the shoddy job Maloy had done and remarked he'll be back to do the job right. When my wife and I decided to buy our shipping container from this local company to help support the business community we thought they'd do the right things. Instead they turned out to be penny-pinching, buck-passing shysters who would probably treat their mothers the same way they treated us. We're done with Albuquerque local businesses and I intend to pursue reimbursement from Pat and Mary Beth for materials and labor my roofer charges for.

I had no problems with them. They had to wait 2 months for me to get my driveway in so they could deliver. They kept me informed the whole time as i did them. The driver was friendly, courteous and professional. Ill do business with them again. They returned calls and messages.

I am extremely disappointed with this company! Recently my boss had a container delivered to our work, that all went great. Driver named Jake showed up to deliver container and he smelled like the bottom of a whiskey bottle. I was very concerned and decided to call Maloy to let them know. I spoke to someone named Deb, I think it was a woman but had a very masculine voice so I don't know for sure, these days, it could easily have been a man. Anyway, "they" said their managers are the owners and they weren't available at that time. When taking my message to pass along to said owners, they explained that Jake is supposed to be tested using a breathalyzer each day because he has been caught drinking on the job for years. I mean what? I grew even more concerned so I contacted New Mexico department of transportation to let them know about what I witnessed. I forwarded the conversation between that person and I to the lady at department of transportation. Shame on you Maloy Storage for allowing a drunken driver to deliver your containers!

I have used Maloy Mobile Storage over the years for my construction company. There storage containers are the perfect solution for storage and for security of equipment and materials for our projects. They have always taken care of my company and their service, delivery are excellent. Maloys is definitely an affordable solution to your onsite storage needs. Thanks Keep up the Good Work!!!!!!

Their book keeping has much to be desired. I would not recommend this company for rental at all. I have asked several times for a history printout to no avail, guess they can't figure out how to do it. Made the excuse of switching software, which is not a valid response. Paid and statement if full, yet lady states that there are other charges outside of the statement. Really, outside of the statement, who's pocket is it lining?? Sorry, no more money from me, I'll file a complaint with the BBB and state attorney general first. Just call me fed up. They rate a FFF - - in my book . Hire another account manager.
