This little food truck is amaze-balls. The couple who own it are fantastic too--very friendly and down to earth. I had the sausage sandwich with chimichurri and the Frisco fries. Lemme tell you DO NOT skip the fries. The sandwich is honestly refreshingly different and super tasty. It's a delicious sausage on a toasted bolillo roll with chimichurri. It sounds simple, but it's bursting with flavor. The fries have a lemon garlic aioli and are perfect by themselves or with one of the main dishes. The fries are perfectly golden and crispy and the lemon garlic aioli is perfection. The fries are big enough for a meal or to split with a friend as a side. The sandwich was a good size too with a big sausage. I was not disappointed by either and wouldn't hesitate to order both again. I spent under $13 (including tip) on a big sandwich and huge portion of fries.I'll be keeping my eyes out for this food truck!

Get the Frisco Fries(I like extra aloli)! The best French fries you'll ever have! The chicken skewer is delicious as is the pork belly sandwich. I'm loving this food truck and the people who run it are super nice too!

Always happy when I see them parked out in front of High and Dry Brewing. Malaguenas! (Where's my enye key?) The truck with the difficult name and the delicious food. This little curbside restaurant never disappoints; fantastic chef-driven flavors. The owners are super nice too (Javier and Molly).

Its good. Chicken Carbon was juicy and flavorful. Service was great. And i dig the recommended beer pairings on the menu.

I seek out this food truck as often as possible! Malaguena's Green Chile Cheddar biscuit is amazing! The food quality is consistent and well worth the search.

Javier and Molly are serving up flavorful, inventive food, and working out a surprisingly diverse menu from such a tiny space. I loved their pork verde (spicy but with such a rich flavor profile and served with an excellent soft tortilla), pickled octopus, and my comrade had a super rich, tender, balanced chicken dish (forgot to get the name). Service was attentive, Molly really cared about our thoughts on the dishes. I only wish I lived in ABQ so I could enjoy their food and great beers every Friday night!

It stunck and was bitter tasting i got the ceviche mixto the owner dropped my bread said she would bring me more never did ....i only put one star because 0 stares wasnt enough

Molly and Javier. What a dynamic duo. Over the past several months, I have had the pleasure of getting to know these culinary wizards at Vara Winery. Cooking up tapas, brunch, and Paella, they grace the tasting room with the flavors of Spain and Latin America.I have tried about 3/4 of their recent menus, and I can only recommend my favorites - all of them. Okay, some highlights then: Green Chile Cheddar Chicken Biscuit, Harvest Salad, Ceviche Mixto (not your grandmother's ceviche!), and their French toast come to mind first. Every bite begs another. I cannot say enough great words about their passion, their craft, and their food.

Awesome food!I second that! Had some last Sunday and the steaks and eggs was awesome plus the Ceviche is so refreshing Small business and very welcoming people. Look for the guy with the "wicked" mustache.
