Major Appliance Repair and Installation

Work was professional. Did have to reschedule several times due to not having parts on hand for unexpected additional repairs found.

DO NOT USE THIS SHITTY BUSINESS!Ok I can understand Covid played a part in backup orders but 4 months later for a simple defrost fan for my fridge & still the part hadn't come in according to him.......ridiculous! After paying him half then the other half when it was fixed(which never got done) I requested a refund cuz I found someone else to order & install the part & they did it in less than 5 days this asshole sents me a check for only $15 back talking about a fee for coming out & removing the part!!! He's a scammer & highly unreliable!

I would recommend finding someone else who is reliable, shows up to the scheduled appointment OR at least on time, honors his price quote--not trying to overcharge based on your location of residence & who does not decline a credit card payment--requesting a check to be made out to him, personally!He provided me with quotes over the phone of the items I needed repaired. We rescheduled our appointment which he was over 2 hours late for since he did not show up for the first. On the way to the late appointment, he tried rescheduling again because a "long time client" had a gas emergency. Once he got to our home, he did not have the tools to work on one of the appliances stating I needed to provide him with the proper tools for him to fix it. Then once he had removed the piece that needed to be repaired, he commented he "hoped" he could get it back on.Once the work was complete he charged a $150 labor fee that was not agreed upon, twice the amount for some of the parts he quoted me & then when I tried to pay with a credit card, he asked for a personal check --made out to him, not his company. Unbelievable. I will be reporting him to the BBB.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. This man did not complete a simple job in over 6 weeks with broken promise after broken promise. He, in my view, was consistently untruthful. I wouldn't use him for anything whatsoever.
