This mail location is beyond fantastic. Our family had to get some very fragile items shipped and quickly. Kim at Mail Bank, was patient, kind, helpful and did a fantastic job both wrapping fragile items, and helping us understand how we could package things in a way that would most serve our financial needs. If you don't want to deal with the long line at other locations, look no further - this is the place to go! You will get truly great customer service here. I personally want to thank everyone at Mail Bank for the way in which you helped us.

Elaine here at Mail Bank is wonderful! It was great to know that my packages and mail were safe for a very reasonable monthly fee. Can't recommend their services enough, even if you're just thinking about getting a mailbox I'd recommend going down and talking to her and Kim. It's absolutely worth it!

This mail center is great! The team is very friendly, helpful and honest.For six months I rented a mailbox, and everything went smoothly. Also I had to ship a variety of items and the lady gave me good advice on how to package everything and be economical in shipping costs. Apparently they also ship chili peppers, according to their sign, although I have not tried this myself.Highly recommend this business and Storage Bank which is owned by the same couple.P.S. The holiday decorations are amazing! Not for sale but festive atmosphere at end of year.

Elaine worked with Albuquerque fine arts photographer Charles Salazar to deliver his magnificent to large format (54" wide) work to me in perfect shape. The packaging was superb. I also spoke with Elaine directly and she was super-helpful. The pricing also made it feasible to ship this work framed rather than just as a print to be framed near my home.
