Just moved to ABQ, down the street from this place. Had some issues with my vape and would have dropped money on a new one. The guy (wishing I had gotten his name) fixed the issues I had going on, and educated me instead of making money and selling me a new vape. Bought liquid that was recommended and I'm loving it. I'm VERY picky. So glad to find this place, will be my go to!

Walked in to store and they litterally have no stock. What a wasted drive from the NE heights.

I live across the street from this vape shop. I have to say they suck. Which sucks for me because it would be SO convenient for me. Their product line sucks, their e-liquid sucks but most of all their customer service sucks. Every time I've been in there, which lately has been as a last resort, I have encountered extremely rude employees. I'm happy to take my money elsewhere even if that means driving across town.

Only have been here a few times but I refuse to go here again. Went in to get a new coil for my mod and some new flavor e juice. The lady at the counter was at first very nice. She informed me that the store didn't carry the kind of coil I was looking for but insisted that several other coils could work perfectly fine with my mod. She convinced me that a five pack of the baby coils would work just fine with mine she reiterated confidentiality that they would fit my mod. So I got them then later in the car tried the put one in and it was far too small and wouldn't even come close to screwing in my tank, despite being told specifically that they would fit. I went back inside and the lady's attitude changed 180 degrees scoffing and rolling her eyes the second she saw me come back in. I explained to her that they weren't screwing in at all, she became obviously annoyed and said they should fit. I offered to show her that they wouldn't fit, to which she just scoffed and said " you can do what you want but you can't get a refund at all, something is wrong with your mod". In those exact words.(My mod was brand new and fit the coils I bought from TKO after this incident perfectly) I understand their warranty policy they have in place here, but if that is the case the people at the counter should really make sure they are selling the correct product instead of insisting they are selling you the right thing and then just change tunes right away and say "sucks for you your money's ours". My first few times at this store were really nice but being treated the way I was ruined it. I won't be going back and would recommend everyone be cautious and observant when attending.
