You're seriously going to charge me $44.99 for an r&m e-cig when I can get them at any other smoke shop for $24.99? Yeah that is a good business model... It's a nice concept like the store looks good but the prices are way too fucking outrageous

I've been here 5 times in the past 2 months and every single time I have had exceptional customer service. The first time I came my torch stopped working and they replaced it same day (it was only a few hours later) then the same thing happened (same kind of torch) I came back a few days later and they traded the torch for a bigger one and I didn't have the pay the difference. I came back today and bought a full rig set up. They were brand new, baby pink & just got in from the night before. The manager and other employee were friendly the entire time, answered any questions I had, friendly & personable. This is my smoke shop! The construction shouldn't even matter for these prices/pieces & people.

Clerk sold me an incompatable pen tip for my ecigg. She sold me the Atlas 3.0 Cloud Pen tip and didn't even bother to inform me I have to purchase a $100 pen kit before I could ever be able to use this $40 attachment. After I realized what had happened, receipt in hand as well as the identical package, I returned to m&m hoping to receive at least some sort of satisfactory customer service. Instead I was greeted from the rude clerk who was working and who was most likely the owner due to his smug attitude told me that even through I have a receipt in hand and had purchased it earlier that day. Now $40 bucks is $40 bucks n all, but I would have at least expected customer service from this establish at bairly enough levels to at least try and resolve the situation in one way or another. However, I got nothing of the sort from them. I would highly recommend not coming to this smoke shop and instead go to one of the other smoke shops near by who provide better customer service.

too expensive but open 24/7... you win some you lose some. Have a lot of stuff in the store! its nice and clean, they helped a lot. seem a little rude but whatever

The guy was friendly and very helpful. Too bad they have a sign that says "no refunds or exchanges" We bought 6 Puff Plus Bars, only 2 worked the batteries are empty because the light barely flickering. We won't be back!

What a joke. Got stink eye by what appeared to be a 14 year old. The prices are 5 times more than other shops. It's not cool to take advantage of people like they do.

I went in today this morning on my way to an appointment stopped bought me puff bars 4 of them 2 at first then came to my car then though of getting 2 more good deal 2 for $20 1 for $15 then open 1 box it worked got home from running around from a long day gave 1 to my husband then he told me it didn't work so gave him another one he open that one didn't work then I said wtf I open the last on omg that one didn't work so we went back to take them & talk to the owner but the guy that way there said he only works in the morning to bring them back oh yeah like really I said can you call him he said no then he told me you should of tired them well I didn't think of it & I was on my way to my appointment & the owner should of told me something but no $40 down the drain never again so sad but never going back here again??? They even had there door Window broken see someone got mad here I wonder why lol

Came in stating that I was not from around here. Asked for a vape pen. He handed me one he had at his desk that was opened. I should have asked for a other, but I trusted him. On his Google where I found him it says he responds within 15 mins. He didnt respond . He sold me a defective used pen. Trash.
