Would give less if possible.They have had my truck for 2 weeks now and still not done for 2 windows to be replaced. Told by advisor that dealership sent wrong kind of glass for one window and had to reorder. Then told by advisor that it was coming from Dallas. The was told they couldn't overnight due to glass and not wanting it to break. Then told by advisor to call Nissan myself.the get Fed Ex tracking numbers. Talked to salesman at Nissan to find out they Ordered the wrong side of glass. It was coming from Sacramento, CA not Dallas and they could have overnighter it if they wanted to and were told it would take 5-7 days to get here. So M&M body employs liars. They don't care.about taking care of you just getting the most money out of your insurance company or your pocket they can. Do not take your vehicle here. The advisor is Marcos. So unprofessional.

I got rear ended in December, Eminem had done good work on another vehicle that I had needed repaired so I took my new vehicle to them. I did not receive my vehicle back until February, every time I would call nobody would respond, The insurance company was calling with no response to call. When I got my vehicle back it had a dent on the left door which it never had prior to my accident, however Eminem said that it was prior damage and refused to fix it, so I left with my car with a dent that I did not have going into the accident, to the stay or ship to this day my car is not completely repaired. My right rear brake light does not work and my car shake. I have take it back to them and I still have the same problem.

I took my fj cruiser to them after being rear-ended. Took them 4 1!2 months to fix it. Everyday a different excuse why it was taking so long. These people were hateful rude and the quality off work was average at best. There were interior parts missing when they said they were done. I had to go back 3 times before I finally got fed up and decided to just never go back. I know that's what they wanted. One last thing. The owner is a rude hateful ass for someone who vlaims to be a so called Christian.Spend your money elsewhere and save yourself s lot of grief.

Hands down the worst car repair shop in New Mexico, anything from being lied to, longer than expected turn around times, shady business practices, hardly picking up their phones when you call, and no one can hold themselves accountable is what you should expect if you go to M and M. At first they said it'll take a little over a week... two months later I finally get my truck back with new scratches, discolored and rusted parts, a chipped door, scratchy radio (which I had to fix myself), and no work done to my rim. When I went to pick it up I was very disappointed. I had to talk with the owner and he said that he will fix all of the parts that they messed up free of cost to me. Come to find out, they went through my insurance without telling me to fix the problems they created. Had they owned up to their mistakes and actually paid for the replacement parts instead of using my insurance to make even more money, this might have been a different review. They have absolutely no sense of honor or pride in the work they do. Please don't give M and M your business, give it to another shop that will actually care about providing a quality repair. If I had to describe this business with one word, it would be "worthless".

M & M did a wonderful job of replacing the driver's side front door of my sturdy, much beloved 2015 Prius, and the cost was reasonable. They had been recommended to me by a friend who had, also, had a good experience with them. In addition, they were considerate and responsive to work with. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Recommended by Allstate. Made an appointment at 8:00 for estimate when we arrived we were told only Dave can take Allstate and he would be here shortly. Two more Allstate customers came in while we waited. At 8:30 we asked when we might see Dave and Paul jumped in and rudely told us Dave is the only person who can handle Allstate then rudely told us it essentially didn't matter when the appointment was we'd be taken in the Oder we came in. No one knew where Dave was or when he was coming. While we were waiting one customer said he'd been dealing with M&M since August (this was March) and they'd made a mess of his car. We left.

Marcos was very thorough during the whole repair process (fender-bender before Christmas) and kept me informed along the whole process. They are a preferred company for repair through my insurance, and it was well worth the extra miles to get to them. Repair was done beautifully and I would not hesitate to go here again!

I highly recommend M&M Auto Body Shop. They are professional and do a wonderful job. We've brought our cars here several times and the work is done quickly and more than satisfactorily. They kept me up to date on the expected repair time and finished sooner than expected. I have never been disappointed. I dealt primarily with Dave and he always was helpful, knowledgeable and professional. A great experience.

UNPROFESSIONAL 0/10 do not recommend.This is the first negative review I have ever left. I am a very patient person. I opted to have M&M do an estimate for me, even though they are outside of the insurance company's network. M&M came family recommended and I (being a local business owner) tend to support local businesses when I can. Paul was very rude on the telephone when I called initially to find out how late I could drop the vehicle off. He would not even let me finish asking the question before interrupting me to ask "when will a Progressive rep be here". I advised him that I did not know (assuming he would know because he just got off of the telephone with the Progressive claims adjuster). After telling him I did not know when a rep would be there he advised me that my vehicle would probably "get lost" if I left it without knowing when a rep would be there. He went around and around and seemed like he was telling me (without telling me) to take my vehicle somewhere else. When I could finally get a couple of words in I once again reminded him that he just got off of the telephone with my claims adjuster and he should know when the rep would be there to go over the vehicle... His response was, oh yeah, I did just talk to them, go ahead and bring it in today! Again I asked the question that I initially called for "how late will you guys be there for me to drop the vehicle off?" "5:00pm" "Great, see you in a bit". I was hesitant to proceed with taking the car to M&M after the conversation, but reminded myself that they came family recommended and maybe the interaction would be better from here.When I arrived to drop the vehicle off I was directed to Paul because it was a Progressive Insurance claim. I introduced myself and expected him to remember me since we had just spoke on the telephone. Immediately: Paul: "When will the rep be here?"Me: "We just had this conversation on the telephone Paul, and you talked to the claims adjuster also"Paul: "Yeah well if you don't know when the rep will be here your car could be just sitting here for days and days"Me: "Yes, you informed me of that when we just spoke on the telephone."At this point I was done. I told Paul if he wanted me to take the vehicle somewhere else to just tell me! None of the other employees cared. I assume that one of the owners Dave was sitting at the desk in front of me also, and he also didn't care. Thank you for saving me the grief and pushing me to patronize a different auto body shop Paul! As a business owner myself, this interaction made me sad for M&M.
