Temps upon arrival, hand sanitizers at every station, cleaning after every customer, stations 6 ft apart, glass partitions between each washing station- think they are doing well with helping to combat covid! Nice, upscale salon. Everyone was very friendly. There is a separate room for coloring, which is nice - you are not sitting out in the open. Thank you Emma! I love my new hair style!

M&Company is a beautiful, friendly, and elegant salon. I feel pampered and treated like a queen when I visit!Jackie Altobello is the best colorist and stylist in New Mexico. I have seen her perform miraculous transformations with peoples' hair; from bright pink confections to the most "natural" highlights, she has so much knowledge and experience at her fingertips. There is no one else I would trust with my extra long locks! Hair is her obsession--she updates her techniques regularly and knows what looks good on every face shape. She did a magnificent job on all the up-does for my little sister's wedding. If there's anything she can't do stylistically, I would be very surprised. She has also become a great friend over 25 years of gracious service! She knows how to make me laugh like no one else I know.

Bridgette is the best! She is the best colorist I have every met. she makes sure to get you to your goal color without damaging your hair. I get stopped for my hair color regularly and I always point them to her. She is also so sweet and kind and gives the best convos while you sit in her chair. The salon is clean, professional, and easy to find. She also does my husbands hair and all of our friends started going to her too! She does require a few months out to actually get in her seat though (:

Salon was nice but the owner Mary was not friendly and did not make me feel like I belonged there or was welcome. The environment was very stiff and did not have a good vibe. I will not ever return to this place again. 1st impressions go a long way.

Jessica Duong is a phenomenal stylist and colorist. Twice I've seen Jessica, and after both times, my hair looked more fabulous than ever before!First, her hair coloring skills are miraculous; I visited her on the day before my senior prom. I had a major hair disaster in which I tried to remove jet-black dye from my hair, dye it again, and call it good. It was not good. I had horizontal stripes in my hair from uneven processing! I had made a large mistake. So I researched hair salons, and Yelp led me to M & Company. When I arrived, Jessica made sure to explain what the plan was and how it would work; she even asked another stylist for input, which is really professional in my opinion - discussing techniques and options to give the client the best course of action. By the end of that appointment, my uneven, striped warm apricot-colored hair was a lovely cool, ash-brown tone. It was lovely, and I was relieved that Jessica was able to reverse the eggs-bakey-big-mistakey I had made on my hair.Second, I wanted to spice up my hair before college. I decided to add a pop of color: pink/rose gold! Jessica artfully executed a balyage on my naturally dark hair. My hair was lightened and then painted with beautiful rosy hues. The end result was incredibly natural (as natural as rose hair gets, of course)! The blending is phenomenal, and the color is great! Once again, in addition to performing hair magic, Jessica talked me through the process, explaining how hair holds unnatural shades and the care requirements. Now, with chocolate-raspberry strands, my hair makes me feel like a mystical pastel fairy. I love Jessica's work, or should I call them her works of art? She makes great conversation while doing my hair, and even better, makes my hair look fabulous all while maintaining the structural integrity of the strands!My hair is healthy! I am happy! Thank you, Jessica! If you desire masterfully executed color, cut, or styling, make sure to visit Jessica!As a bonus, when checking out from my second visit, the counter was manned by a very kind man who gave me a few samples! It was quite thoughtful and much appreciated! The receptionist staff has always been kind and great with correspondence; this man was the cherry on top with his kind sample gift and accommodation to my two-card payment! M & Color in and of itself is a lovely, clean, and modern facility. The interior always feels clean and stylish; additionally, they offer water and wifi! I've had 10/10 experiences at M & Company, and I whole-heartedly recommend M & Company, Jessica, and any of their other wonderful stylists.

Cindy is phenomenal! She has done my hair for years and has never disappointed me. I've been blonde, brown, and red. She has done different shades, all one color, she can do anything. Today I went from blonde to reddish/brown. I love it and I love her!!

If you like to wear orange on your head go in for highlights. Cindy is an old washed up hair dresser who only services little old ladies. She's completely incapable of anything new and trendy. Run away from this place, your hair is in jeopardy. I asked for blonde and even showed a picture of what I DIDN'T WANT to look like. She bleached my hair and rinsed it while it was orange. She did it on wet hair so of course it wouldn't ever be blonde. She said my hair couldn't ever be blonde, except for the fact I've been blonde for several years and she was just supposed to touch the roots and more blonde in. I don't think anyone else could have done a worse job in ABQ. She said should wouldn't fix it because I was rude. LOL like I'm supposed to be happy that you ruined my hair. I went in for highlights and leave needing a color correction. I've never wished bad on anyone. BUT, I hope she goes out of business so she can stop hurting people and not caring enough to fix it. What a shame, she give the whole place a bad rap. Plus, that's bad Karma. 40 years in hair Cindy, its time to hang up the scissors. Your best days are behind you.

I happened upon this place when I was in the shopping center. I was able to make an appointment for the following Saturday. My appointment was with Claudette. I explained to her everything I wanted and she did exactly that. She did an absolutely amazing job! I couldn't have been happier. This will be my go-to place for cut and color. Thanks, Claudette!

I brought my granddaughter in for a hair cut. Can't remember the hair stylist name, she did a great job. Everyone is happy!

Had a appointment set to see an "consultant ". Was real excited, read there website " how we thrive to service our clients with the best of excellence " HA! Don't believe that!! Went in and was told that I had to wait thirty minutes, because " my consultant " was running behind. That's fine I can definitely understand .. crap happens. But for a salon who is expecting a deposit. They SHOULD and I mean SHOULD, have the decency to at Least give the customer/client a courtesy call, that there running late. Don't think that's asking much! Also could you please hire people that know how to spell?! My name is pronounced " Susan", just incase you need to spell it again.
