From the start this agency has been poorly managaged. When they bought USA Pain, no one bothered to even contact patients. I stopped by USA Pain about a week before my scheduled appointment and found the business closed with no info. Online searches led me to discover Lynx was now my provider.Every single time my appointment was over an hour and frequently over 2 hours. Decided to take first appointment of the day (7:30am), and 3 months in a row, Dr. Michael Pylman did not show and I was told "he'll do a telehealth session with you instead." Sure glad I came early and sat each time over an hour only to be told "he's stuck in traffic." BS. My time is valuable too. On Christmas Eve this year I was asked to bring in my meds for a "pill count." I specifically asked that it would quick - in and out, just to count pills. I'm a therapist and had only one hour that day to run over to their clinic and get back in time. When I got there I was told to also do a urine sample. I could not provide it and had not enough time to wait until I could. They wouldn't at least count my pills, and later I received a letter saying I had broken my contract by not peeing.I managed 5 satellite psychotherapy clinics in the Bay Area. If my employees couldn't make it to work on time, I fired the,. Apparently the management at Lynx doesn't care about professional ethics.Stay away from this place.

Great service and caring people! A rare combination these days. They work very hard to care for me as an individual.

I went in to see the doctor a week after my first appointment. When I saw the doctor on the second visit, he downright told me I was too complicated of a case and wouldn't help me in any way. The staff up front was terrific; too bad I can't say the same about the useless doctor.

I used to be a client. They fired me, first of all my dose was only 2 a day. I have an automotive disease which gave me arthritis, at 42 I needed a total hip, I'm 56 now and worse! I need both knees done, my shoulders are blown out and I'm in constant pain. I kept telling those people I needed more, being on the same dose for 4 years, it doesn't last long, my lady left and I was forced on this lady who isn't even in town and I doubt she read my file. Samara (her name) then proceeded to offer me OXYCONTIN and then RED FLAGGED ME. My other lady Amanda came back and told me I broke my contract because I had no medicine in my system, how could there be? With only 60 a month I usually cut myself short, but again I TOLD THEM and they refused to help me, consider my ailments and the time on same dose. And I can't take just anything I don't have a stomach. They get zero stars! Zero for empathy. They don't care, we're a PAY CHECK! Now I'm suffering because those LIARS made up a big story about me.
