I wish I could give zero stars. This has been the worst experience. First they installed our kitchen and left a mess. Didn't show up on time and broke a countertop and one of our appliances. The next job they sent one guy and wanted him to be done quickly. Then told him they were sending other people to finish because he was too slow. Now we have moved everything in our home twice to make sure they could do complete the job. They complained they wanted additional money which I paid and now we are sitting here with a not even half done floor, no place to sleep and an obstacle course of furniture which hopefully doesn't topple over. I wish I could get my money back and take it to a reputable company. I am going to file a complaint with the BBB as well.

Carlos and Juan were excellent!! They called ahead and arrived early and were extremely polite during the entire job. They installed carpet in 3 bedrooms and our LR and hallway. They hauled away the old carpet and did the new install competently and quickly! The results are really great and we saw no flaws during the walkthrough. I would highly recommend Luigi's and make sure you get Carlos and Juan!

They arrived right on time, did a very professional job of moving the furniture, prepping the rooms and laying the carpet. They cleaned up very well and replaced the furniture. The carpet looks great! They wore masks and distanced while they worked. I highly recommend this company.

Luigi's Tile & Stone installed granite in my kitchen. They were professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I'd use this company again in a heartbeat!

This company was installing my floor for Lowe's. I paid for the floor in April (the entire house), it's the middle of August and it is still not done. I've attached pictures of the work. This is just the tip of the iceberg. They left a big pile of rubble in my yard that has been there since May. Today I finally had a dumpster delivered but now I have to pay someone to load it up. This, despite paying Lowe's over $2000 to remove this. I have a damaged wall, my doors are still off the hinges but are too heavy for me to lift & reinstall myself. Lowe's won't let me have another installer so today I've had to contact an attorney to take care of this problem for me. It's been one problem after another.

Luigi installed tile for me in the past and his work is superb, i I'm due to move into a new home and wanted to get in touch with him again. I'm a perfectionist and want his quality work. I will be making an appointment for installation. I'm so happy to find he is still around.

Got the contract with Lowe's to do my floorThey won't even bother to send a message to cancel for the day and when they did came they said they will be there by 8 am and they will show up by 11 if you are lucky if not they show up till 12 Never finish the job.

This past Monday, a two-man crew from Luigi's installed new carpet in our home. The project went very smoothly; Carlos and Juan were friendly, conscientious, and professional.We highly recommend Luigi's!

I'm super upset Lowes is forcing me to use this company to get new flooring in my home. I had to call to set up an appointment for them to come measure my house to put a new wood floors. I had to call them over 40 times in one day. And only once did someone answer the phone. The rest of the time someone would pick up the phone as soon as I would start talking they would hang up on me. I've never been hung up on over 10 times just for trying to set up an appointment. And then again today I called to confirm the appointment the lady put me on hold and hangs up on me two times in a row. This place is an absolute joke. Super unprofessional, and They have zero customer service skill. (Angelica is great) It's the other girl who continues to hang up on me and sounds like she is miserable and hates her life that is the problem.
