STRONGLY RECOMMEND AGAINST.This is the worst medical provider I've ever had the horror of patronizing, and I received care from the military for 5 years. I'm a model patient - I never argue or express irritation, and am always compliant - but getting the care I need is always like pulling teeth. On top that, concerningly, they don't even know my name. They omitted my first name in their EHR causing some significant problems. This seems like an extreme oversight and gross incompetence. After my latest visit, though I've been going to them for over a year, they suddenly refused to continue prescribing my medication. I have only this one issue, yet they don't care enough to help.Furthermore, this location a patient advocate. I've, twice, gone in person to ask to speak to their patient advocate only to be told they do not have one. Finally, the doctor told me to ask the front desk receptionist if I wanted a copy of my medical records and she said I would need to talk to the records department. She could not give me contact info and suggested I "Google it".This is happening 2 days after Veterans Day, and I feel every bit the forgotten veteran that I apparently am. Thanks, Lovelace

In and out in under 15 minutes for routine vitals and bloodwork. Staff was friendly, facility was clean and nearly empty (I actually didn't see any patients there during the time I was there). Felt slightly apocalyptic. Oh, yes I wore a mask the staff wore masks and took temperature at the door. Easy peasy despite the not fun process.

No one ever gets back to you when you have a question about your treatment. You can leave all the messages you want but they never answer or call back.

Let me tell you a story... I was forced to make the switch to Lovelace, and leave a doctor of 6 years at Pres, who I had a terrific rapport with. Assigned to a practicioner at Lovelace who they knew was leaving the clinic the next week, but didn't tell me. She was good- gave me referrals for a couple of concerns, and new prescriptions to replace the ones from my former doctor at Pres.Alas, she did leave, and I was re-assigned to another doctor on staff. Haven't been able to get in with her yet, but have an appointment scheduled the earliest I could, all the way out until June this year.I followed the policies and rules they have in place, and called about one of the medications that can't be stopped on a whim, early Friday morning. Had plenty to last me until the 48 hour period was over, plus one more. Expected a call back within 48 hours, as stated on their website and other collateral.Staff ignores phone messages and emails through MyChart. Had to spend an hour one day, 30 minutes on a call the next, then make a personal trip across town to speak to somebody who isn't just a go-between/answering service. Nurse who came out to meet with me after a lengthy wait reluctantly listened halfheartedly and with a contemptuous look on her face.Claimed I lied to them about when I initially called in, until I was able to prove the date on MyChart and showed her my phone.Claims they refill prescriptions and answer messages within 48 hours (published on their website), then moves the goalpost to 72 when you complain about it after they miss the deadline. Cried about being understaffed as their excuse- that's not the patients' problem and it shouldn't be brought to us- that's an issue with the Administration. After we finished our conversation, I went to the Men's room, which is connected directly to the lobby, where I could hear a very unprofessional conversation about me being held. I wasn't loud, rude, or irate with any of their personnel- unsure why this was warranted. Asked if they had needed me for some reason because I could hear their remarks.I despise that I was forced to switch to Lovelace from Pres for to insurance issues. They're no picnic to deal with either, but they are much better than this unprofessional clown show.

Worst place ever! The staff are extremely rude and unprofessional and the doctors are all money hungry. Don't go here!

Contacted Lovelace concerning outstanding emergency room bill which showed up in one Credit Report, I Paid In Full. Later I found that not only did it Not get removed, but IT WAS ADDED TO ANOTHER CREDIT REPORTING AGENCY! Upon contacting the billing department- nothing done. Elevated to Customer Service (Consuela P). Worse. Waiting for a call back. More importantly, she was rude, talked down to me, wouldn't answer direct yes-no question and made it difficult to get a simple, what's your name? I requested elevation, it was ignored. We try to keep a good or vary good score. You would think Lovelace would try and keep at least average Customer Service? But it's poor. Evidenced by who they hire and/or how their staff.
