Some doctors here are good, others, terrible. Specifically Helen Iams is probably the coldest and most heartless witch on the planet.

Just another great example of a broken medical system. When you have a question to ask a doctor after you've been seen what do you do? I decided to go back and try my luck since so much information was crammed down my throat. Well just as I expected the Dr can't be seen. Here download mychart. System is down so how much longer do we put our own health on hold? What a joke. I'm tired and I'm tired of the healthcare system. Being dead seems easier and less stressful don't waste your time be informed where you go. Good luck to all with their healthcare needs we're all in the crap together

Stay far, far away from Lovelace. The physician I had was great at their job. However, they also told me that my bill would be covered by insurance when I asked (multiple times). I agreed to care that I wouldn't have agreed to if I had not been told this and then received a big bill. I contacted the provider multiple times and they told me they would look into it and get back to me. I never received any call backs or emails until I received a letter saying I will be sent to collections if I don't pay. I'd recommend finding a more honest healthcare provider.

This is specifically GI department. After several failed procedures & tests, sending me for tests w/the threat of "if you don't do this you can't see the provider, cancelled appointments w/no texts or call, bad information to precede w/tests, the phone person hung up on me. Then I received letter that I was not ok with staff. I've heard staff mocking suffering people w/diarrhea because they think it's a "funny" subject? Just go somewhere else!

Don't bother scheduling here, they cancel appointments last minute, then want you to be grateful they reschedule it 7 months later .. that is after waiting 6 months for the first one. And to do it multiple times with different providers.

had an appointment scheduled 10 months ago as a new patient. Lovelace confirmed the appointment 2 days ago after I completed the MyChart sign in process. The office just called to tell me that she's leaving and cancelled my appointment. No apology or offer to find another doctor. Lovelace does not accept new patients! Do not believe it if they say they do. Thanks Lovelace for stringing me along and wasting 10 months of my time. Bad behavior all around.

All I'm going to say is that you don't understand how much I miss Presbyterian. I'm not going to explain all that I've been through, Lovelace is just terrible.

Dr. Helen Iams is absolute disgrace to healthcare system. She is rude, disrespectful and inconsiderate. She gave me worst medical experience in my 8 years in Albuquerque. Also she billed me incorrectly. I submitted a dispute against my bill. Lovelace sent my bill to collection while my dispute was under review. Stay away from Helen Iams and Lovelace in general.

Today I went in with a messed up knee from the gym, nurse practitioner Lynn Padilla was nothing but AMAZING!!!!!!!!! Not only did she provide amazing care, and be sweet and nice ! She helped me get into the car with all 4 of my kids. I'm in a large knee brace and on crutches now and she helped me. She helped me buckle 3/4 of my babies because my fourth could it himself. She didn't have to do that. As single mom some people seem to treat us as an inconvenience or burden or look down on us as we do it all alone. NOT HER ! She's amazing! She cares she genuinely cares!! From one mom to another, thank you! Seriously thank you. I've thought about it since I left ! Thank you! Your amazing! The whole staff was great but she was amazing!! Thank you Lynn for all of your help if you go and get her, you'll see exactly what I mean! I couldn't say thank you enough!

I have seen a lot of doctors over the years but nothing compares to Dr. Helen Iams she is by far the worse! Dr Iams needs to find another profession, and she calls herself a doctor, she's very rude, inconsiderate and above all heartless!!! I waited 5 months to see her only to be told I have 15 minutes and then she wasted my time going over everything the nurse had just gone over when I said we don't have much time and I tried to explain to her what my appointment was for she told me find another doctor and walked out on me...really who does that!?
