Lovelace Medical Center

Been a patient for 2 years now and on my 5th primary care. First 2 MDs quit, 3rd one cancelled my yearly appt. for his vacation. Rescheduled with a NP who was fine but now won't rebook appts. since they now have a senior care team. Made my 1st appt. with the 2nd NP and she just cancelled. I guess I'll need to go to the emergency room for any help. Or see if UNM has any doctors left on staff.

Lovelace uses Dr. Gurules as a cardiologist. If you book an appointment with this doctor do not expect him to show up. Who knows what he might be doing; however, caring for waiting patients is not one of the things he seems to be doing.

This is a Negative 5 Star Review... I wanted to connect with a Specialist and placed a phone call to the main switch board and then was transferred three more times and was put on hold for a total of 32 minutes before hanging up. Poor Customer Service and Poor Communication Protocol with this Medical Group. I will not continue to find a Doctor with your Group or utilize any of your services. NEGATIVE FIVE STARS!
