This place is a family favorite!! Always has been since they were located on Isleta!! My personal favorite is the asada burrito, my grandkids LOVE the asada tacos!! We celebrate birthdays, anniversaries and just family time!! Love this place!

I stopped in and ordered a to-go/carry out order. The enchilada plate was pretty good with the exception of the rice. IT was MUSHY and PASTE like. I ordered a shredded beef burrito plate that was good...same on the rice. The Chile Cheese fries were just okay and not worth $8 in my opinion. Maybe they just had a bad day.

Visiting from NM, I drooled over the idea of returning for my big bowl of menudo! Filled with massive amount of wonderfully fresh, well cooked tripe. I'll never get anything close to it home in MD :(also got a side chili relleno & a chicken stuffed sopapilla for my daughter- both were as amazingly flavored as the menudo, well stuffed, crispy meat, smothered chili, perfectly melted cheesethey also have the best table chips & salsa- another delicious visit

I'm thrilled to eat here. Authentic and kind. Chips are freshly made. Guac is richly spiced and fun to share. Iced tea, freshly brewed and my flautas perfection. My waitress knew the menu inside and out. Thank you for filling my belly with passionate food.

This place is always busy on weekends. The wait for a smaller party isn't too bad since the service is quick. We like the homemade complimentary chips and salsa, which is a staple for a local new mexican restaurant. Staff is very friendly and always on top of any requests.My bf has been on the search for the best posole, and he may have found it. He said the small posole was very filling and had plenty of meat, which most places skimp on. It had good flavor, and the small was actually a big serving.We also shared the chicharrones, which were also good, but hoped it had bigger pieces to snack on. I mixed them on my plate, which also gave it more flavor. I had the asada plate, which is chopped steak covered chile and cheese served with beans and rice, but I opted for extra beans no rice. I could not finish my plate but took the leftovers home for a wonderful burrito later. It's definitely worth the price given the size, and I would recommend anyone who wants authentic new mexican to come here.

Feels like a local spot, not touristy which is great. Portions are on the bigger side and food is great! Being New Mexico, they like there chiles so keep that in mind if you are not used to it. Staff is very friendly and they have plenty of seating. Additionally the cost is to good to pass up, at least in compare to other states! Worth it if you are in the area!

We've only ever offered them from DoorDash, but we plan to visit the physical restaurant soon!We've ordered the queso every single time, and it is seriously the best queso I've ever eaten, and queso is my favorite so I've tried my fair share!The food always has amazing portions, the prices are fair, and the flavor is always there.Considering we've only ordered through DoorDash, I can't speak to the service, but our orders have always been exactly what we've ask for!
