My Audi SQ5 needed a repair on the rear left side as someone had run into it and left a really huge gash. I asked my trusted advisor at Audi of Albuquerque who he recommended for an Audi repair as my car had a special metallic paint color and he referred me to Loid's. Their new location on San Diego is new- everything there is modern and sparkling clean/new. I was able to drive her in the next morning for an estimate and had the pleasure of working with Nyk. He gave me a fair estimate and timeline of what was to be expected for the repair. He worked flawlessly with my insurance company for hammering out the final claims on the repair. He also worked very quickly in ordering the parts needed from the Audi dealership. He was even nice enough to give me a ride to rental car center the morning I dropped my car off to them. A week and a half later, I got my precious Audi back and she looks better than new thanks to the meticulous work done by these guys. I would recommend them for high-end collision work should you ever need it and for anyone that is uber picky about having the perfect finish on the car after a major repair.

I had an excellent experience at Loid's. They installed Xpel Ultimate Protective Film on my Rivian. I felt comfortable from the start with their professional service and willingness to work with my schedule. At the last minute, I decided to add window tinting, and they made it happen during the time my car was already scheduled. I recommend them highly!

Loids is worth every star. Their customer service is excellent and their work is above expectations.Ally was able to fit me in two months early because of a family crisis. This is probably the only review I will do here but I need some way to show my appreciation for Nyk and the team at Loids. I have been involved in two smashes and after the fantastic service and support that Nyk provided the first time, there was no question on who I wanted looking after my repair a second time. Nyk helped me navigate me through the minefield of insurance policies and dealing with the estimators to get the best (and safest) outcome for me. Nyk really went above and beyond in keeping me informed and abreast of the insurers and intent and actions were, including when they conflicted with what 'the right thing' was to do. Ordinarily I would be oblivious to these issues but Nyk was outstanding in helping me get the best outcome for my circumstance. Of course, Nyk did not accept my gratitude himself, he preferred to acknowledge the work of the Loids team, further demonstrating the character of the man.Thankyou Nyk for all your work it is not always easy doing the right thing but I appreciated all the effort. This business has held my car for almost 8 weeks, and for the last 3 weeks I've been told "it'll be done by Monday". If you have an opportunity to take your vehicle anywhere else but this place, please do it. I have been lied to for three consecutive weeks and I'm very frustrated by the misinformation continually given. Today they told me "hopefully by Friday".

What a weird experience. When I initially pulled up into the parking lot I could hear someone yelling at someone else from the parking lot. I really think it was the owner yelling at an employee. That should have been a big enough hint to not do business there. They basically wasted my time by quoting a ridiculous amount for a relatively easy job. The work environment seemed hostile due to the owner. Not a happy place, I took my business elsewhere.
