This food truck was there when I needed 'em at 1:00 AM last night. Crossing Central from Anodyne, I selected this vendor because of the prominently placed window sticker notifying me that cards are accepted for payment. While another party ordered in front of me, I sized up the menu, finally deciding that a carne asada torta was just what I needed. For $7 + tax, the serving size exceeded expectations. Inside the fresh, soft bread was a generous amount of carne, along with avocado. I think there may have been cheese as well, but my memory is foggy on that item. I liberally doused it in salsa and did my best to eat with one hand as I stood on the sidewalk holding the box. Long story short, if you come across this beacon of warmth late at night, take refuge in a quesadilla or a cheeseburger. Get a torta, they're awesome. I would love to try a burrito as well, or some tacos al pastor. This food truck demands repeat visits.

Pizza was actually good. Crust was flavorful and slightly crispy. Veggies were fresh. Had combo version. Sausage and pepperoni was decent. Based on flavor it seems there is a small margin of profit. Friend got a small plate of nachos which seemed tasty. Had nice slices of avocado and green chile. Tortilla chips were of the round variety if you have a problem with shapes. Never seen this truck before. Seemed pretty standard nothing niche-ish.

My friends and I ate here after a fun night out, and everyone recommended giving this place 5 stars! I ate there twice in one night it was so good. I stopped by just for a quick snack before going to the bar, and had 2 asada tacos....DEE-LISH. I wished I had bought 4. Then, after hittin the bars, we were all starved, so I brought them back here! Again I got the asada tacos (4 this time!). They're simple...they come with cilantro and tomatillo sauce that was to-die-for. Left a delicious lingering taste in my mouth that I never wanted to end. My friends got other things (I think burritos and other tacos), and we were all drooling all over ourselves. The guys working there were super nice too! Check this place out!

So freaking delicious. Had their quesadilla (kicked major ass) can't wait to try their tortas next weekend.
