Lizard Tail Brewing

Not the best brewery we visited. We walked a long ways to visit this one (that's a separate story to tell lol).It's an industrial type as most breweries are. It fell kinda divey. There's a couple pool tables for the locals on a late night. The bar has a weird set up with seating on both sides. The beer was disappointing TBH.

Beer was disappointing and the service was slow. They have a couple of pool tables. With all the choices in the area, I would skip this one

Lizard Tail has a nice selection of beers. I tried the Black Bearded oatmeal stout and yum. Just a hint of sweetness, nicely balanced. They also have a bunch of ciders and mead if you don't care for beer. I had the pulled pork nachos, which were tasty - pulled pork, BBQ sauce, and queso. Service was a little slow but they were training a new server so I'm sure it will improve.And happy hour every day, including weekends? Sign me up!I was here for Brain Gang Trivia tonight and will definitely return.

Nice local brewery. Friendly people. Great bartender! Excellent selection of year round brews and seasonal brews. Green Chile Peach Lager would be perfect with a green Chile cheese burger, alligator Abby had an interesting malty finish. Our favorites were 007 Strong Scotch ale-a little sweet and nice malt/grain-would be dangerous-very dangerous and smooth and nice mouth feel. Mocha stout tasted like a mocha-good heaviness to the mouth, very drinkable and enjoyable. Highly recommend.

I am not a beer drinker but had something similar to a mexican lager and enjoyed. Burger with all the fixings was terrific. Wings were shared. The tater tots are great. Service very good. Small but comfortable. We went Tuesday night for the Trivia at 7PM. Will go again.

Several of us came to hear a band and we had never been here before. We all enjoyed the venue, the service, beer offerings, and the food. We will surely come again. This venue is larger than the one on Montgomery (eastside). They have a patio and I'm not sure if it is closed for the season. Parking was pretty easy. The location is a bit hidden out of view. $ prices for food are reasonable. Tara was a very accommodating server, patient, and kind. The kitchen did a really good job - my smash burger was really good. We often frequent the other brewery on Aztec and this one is so close that we will come back again.

Damn I can't believe we just found this place! The vibes/environment inside are excellent! Along with delicious food and service. Can't find a single thing to complain about. Go!!

Great location, very unique! I went for open mic night on Wednesday and really enjoyed the spacious location, food and drink selection. Had the salad with chicken added to it, my friend ordered the BLAT which is the bacon, lettuce, avocado and tomato and both options were very tasty and large portions! Great indoor and outdoor seating available. The booths were nice and spacious.

Reptilian is one of burques best west coast ipas and their appetizers r excellent. Nice little place

Three of us enjoyed an afternoon here and we wholeheartedly recommend Lizard Tail:Beer: great selection, we tried their Red and the Brown, and we enjoyed both. It was nice to see more than just IPA's, tarts, and the other "nouveau" attempts.Food: menu had a number of choices, our food was delicious.
